Wendy was able to find a cut off area of the mountains that was able to see the tower's balcony. She sighed as she sat down on the cliff that was there.

"Crawford... Why? What is holding you back? What has grasped you from our once strong bond? What has snapped it in half?" She looked at the sky. "Why? What is stopping us!? Please! Tell me!" She cried out as tears raced down her cheeks. "Why is the world this cruel!? Will someone, anyone, tell me?! Please!?"

The temperature dropped even more than that of its current chilliness as a soft noise escaped her.

She looked up at the tower as she continued.

She stood up and sorta walked away a little from the cliffside.

She fell back on the snow as the sound continued.

She stood up and turned to the castle. She smiled lightly as she continued.

"Am I crazy? Maybe we could happen

She thought she heard Crawford's voice somewhere join her in the middle as she kept the sound going.

She grabbed her mouth as she looked around. Was she hallucinating? She thought she heard him with her. Or was she dreaming? She sighed as she sat back down on the cliffside. She teared up as she looked down.

But he had heard her. Little did she know, he had joined her in that. But he never made a move.

He stared out from the balcony that eyed the Ranger Union and stared out to the mountains. A weak flutter came upon his heart as he stared out to the horizon.

"Wendy...? Please... tell me that was you... tell me what's wrong... I know you're out there... what has hurt you... I can help... just tell me..."

He paused as he turned to glance inside. Most of the others had fallen asleep. Cedar was the only one that hadn't, but Crawford didn't know what to do except leave him alone. Crawford looked out to try to search for the green haired female. But it wasn't easy. He just knew she wasn't in his domain.

"Are you... at the union? Are you waiting for me? I'll come for you, Wendy. Just tell me how and where."

Silence greeted him as he continued his search. A tear danced down his cheek as he looked down. The air got cold at the small sign of weakness.

"I thought I was an outcast

He went inside, forgetting to close the door as he continued.

He went down to the main entrance and looked around as pictures, fake and real, crossed the crystals.

He went up and headed to the balcony. He looked out as his voice softly reappeared.

He knelt down and teared up. It was so hard to keep a strong grip like this.

Cedar eyed him. His motherly instincts told him to comfort the male, but he knew he couldn't go over and embrace him. He also had heard Wendy and knew she was hurting as well. Oh, how badly he wanted to embrace them and help them. He paused before letting a soft tune out of him, the air getting cold. Crawford and Wendy paused as the words flew across the air.

Crawford shuddered as he stood up and kept the sound going. Wendy looked up and joined, far but there.

Cedar smiled before taking over.

The duo quietly trembled before joining him.

Crawford shuddered before turning to him. Wendy stared up at the tower with a pause. Cedar smiled a little before turning over to glance at the others, who were slightly shifting. Crawford gulped before closing the balcony door and jumping up to his room. Wendy gulped before running back to the others.
