A/N: Before I begin, I'd like to say I don't usually write poems unless it's for school but this morning I was just feeling sad (don't worry I feel better now). So I decided to make a poem about my best friend who moved away a year ago. Yep. This is very random but that's what I am. Random. Yes I love all my friends now but I do miss some of my old friends. @ 2159733w I miss her a lot but I dont think she's active on wattpad anymore so that's sad. She's the one that got me on wattpad in the first place😂👍 but If she is then hi please text me because I miss you ~Amber ♡

My best friend
We were friends 'til the end
We hung out everyday
Making everyday the best day
We went camping together
Until it came- the bad weather

Middle school was a blast
With her by my side
But when high school came
we were split aside
we went our separate ways,
Then even worse,
She had moved away
To a whole 'nother state...
Oh that was the day

A whole 6 years
Our friendship was at last
And I think about her always
But I guess that was in the past
The last thing I have to remind me
Is a few friendship necklaces
And the pictures we used to be
But other than that
I can't keep in touch
And that's a guarantee
She was funny, she was sweet
But best of all,
She was always there for me

I can make new friends
But it won't be the same
There will always be a hole inside
And that is such a shame...
For no one can forget a friend
That was as good as her.
From fourth grade to now,
Life without her would be a blur.
She will always be in my heart
Even though we are apart. ♡♡
