Taekwondo moves
As I advance in taekwondo I will provide more self defense information along the lines of taekwondo.
Remember these tips and moves should only be used in self defense.
Round kick.
There are many kicks you can use, but round kicks, if done properly, can be very powerful, and can be done fast. I've gone through a few videos but this one is overall the best instruction on how to properly round kick.

Tips:
Make sure to pivot you standing foot while kicking, to give you more reach, and to provide better aim and power with your kicks.
PLEASE CHAMBER AND RECHAMBER. don't just swing your leg around. By chambering and rechambering, youre saving your leg from overextension. When you overextend your leg you risk quite a bit of pain a limp. So please be careful when you practice these kicks.
If your attacker is directly on you, take a step back so you have room to kick them.
PLEASE PULL YOUR TOES BACK SO YOU DONT BREAK THEM. KICK WITH THE BALL OF YOUR FOOT AND KEEP YOUR TOES OUT OF THE WAY. if your attacker moves out of the way and you kick a brick wall with your toes it's gonna hurt... a lot. To pull your toes back, imagine you're on your tip toes and standing on the ball of your feet, except only do it with the kicking leg.
Extending a punch and providing yourself more power
Use your whole body when punching.
so where you are right now, punch directly in front of you. Fully extend your arm. Now do it again, except this time, depending on which arm you are punching with, jerk your hip with the punch, and notice your reach extended. Now imagine an attacker is in front you you, and just barely in reach. By twisting your hips to extend your punch, you not only provide yourself with a little more power, but you're now able to reach your attacker.
Forearm block
This can be very useful if someone is punching you. Watch the video below

Tips
Do the forearm block in front of a friend and have them punch on your blocking arm. Did they push your arm back? Was your arm positioned at a right angle? An acute angle? If you do a forearm block, make sure that your arm is positioned at an obtuse angle positioned out, and have a proper stance (stance is down below) and your arm will be much harder to push back, so if someone is punching you, if you block fast enough you can avoid injury and strike back.
Stance

Tips depending on your stance and if you're doing it right, using this can make it harder to be pushed over.
Like you did with the forearm block, go to a friend or family member and see if they can push you over, but tell them to be nice because if you don't and your stance isn't good you will t o p p l e. Tell them to lightly and slowly try and push you backwards. If you stay, but move back, continue practicing. If you fall over, go over the stance again.
If you don't stretch, these stances will probably feel pretty weird, but the more you do the stance, the more normal it feels.
Tips for all of this
Stretching and exercise is key when it comes to anything athletic.
Practice these moves until you can do it fast, strong, and correctly. These moves can be so useful against an attacker if you can do them properly.
Remember the weak points I provided in the first chapter, and use them in a situation (hopefully you won't ever have to be in a situation like this, but knowing how to defend yourself, and being able to, compared to hoping and praying it won't happen is a much better choice and can get you home safely)
If anyone wants to know more taekwondo moves for self defense, I'll continue to provide them here
