R4R: Iϝ Yσυ Dσɳ'ƚ Hαʋҽ Tԋҽ Tιɱҽ, Wԋყ Bσƚԋҽɾ?

Now, I'm not calling out anyone in particular, but I post on my message board and I get requests in my PMs for r4rs.

I LOVE r4rs. I get new reads, votes AND comments! While I also get to support other struggling authors and brighten up their day with votes.

There's only one thing:

WHEN YOUR R4R PARTNER DOESN'T RECIPROCATE!

I have had one who simply voted on all my chapters within seconds — without even reading the dang thing!

And another voted on only the first few chapters and ditched the rest of the book while I took the time to leave genuine votes and comments on all of her chapters. Since then, I've seen them post ONCE on their message board, but other than that, they completely vanished from Wattpad.

Look,

If you don't have the time or you just want more support for your own books without supporting others, just don't do it. It's simply unfair and it wastes your partners time.
