Microsoft Word: That's Ridiculous!

A follow up to the previous rant (at this point, you're probably tired of hearing about this. This should be the last time I mention this problem) I had been doing some research. Apparently, Microsoft Word is a lot safer than Google docs.

So the obvious solution would be to copy and paste all of my chapters for every book (which would take up A LOT of time given how many stories I wrote and how many chapters) to MW, right?

That's what I thought.

This is where the rant comes in.

After all the trouble it took to sign in on my laptop, it turns out...

YOU HAVE TO PAY TO BE ABLE EDIT AND SAVE! LIKE WTF??

Google docs may not be the safest, but at least, AT LEAST, you don't have to pay for it!

Seriously!

And there's no other FREE app to backup my stories on.

BUT THAT'S NOT FAIR! YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIT! NOT TO EDIT AND SAVE AT LEAST!

Ugh!

*sighs*

I'm sorry. I'd been stressing about this BIG TIME for DAYS now and knowing there's no other backup option that I could use for free simply pisses me off.

BOTTOM LINE: HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BACKING UP ON GOOGLE DOCS. IT IS UNSAFE AS HACKERS CAN EASILY TARGET THAT APP.
