My Grandmother's visiting us...

I love that woman. Obviously, but her staying with us comes with unfair consequences.

I wanted to go out today to visit with my Aunt who's also in town. We don't see her as often as Grammy does so when she's in town, I look forward to visiting at my cousin's house to see her.

She's leaves on Thursday...

It is now Tuesday.

She asked Grammy if she wanted to go shopping.

I would've wanted to. To get out of the house, to take advantage of the opportunity to see family before I start work (which my Mom makes it sound like I'll be working 24/7).

Grammy didn't want to go.

So guess what that means.

My Mom and I can't go.

My mother thinks Grammy's feelings are hurt when we leave without her.

She's been left alone before while we were out and she was just fine.

Her feelings would be hurt?

She CHOSE, literally CHOSE, to stay home, so if we leave, that was HER choice. She wanted to stay home, she got to stay home. Just because she wants to stay home, doesn't mean that we should.

She hates doing EVERYTHING that doesn't  involve sitting on her lazy ass watching old people shit all day.

What if she doesn't want to see her tomorrow and we don't get to see her before she leaves?

Sure, my Aunt comes to town every once in a while to visit her daughter, but we don't know when the next time that will be.

IT'S JUST SO UNFAIR THAT WE HAVE TO DO WHATEVER THE QUEEN WANTS!!! EVEN IF SHE DOESN'T WANT TO DO ANYTHING!!

*screams into pillow*

*sighs of relief*

I'm done...

But I'm still annoyed as hell.
