Dogsitting: They're Gonna Fucking Kill Me!!!

I've been dogsitting for my brother and his fiance, right?

Everything's going fine — I fed them breakfast and dinner, I've been letting them out all day, giving them love, but then came MY time to eat dinner. While I was eating, I didn't hear anything. I thought they were just sleeping or playing with a bone or something. I just happened to get up and I found that one of them...

WAS EATING THE FUCKING REMOTE!!!

Thankfully, I was able to turn the TV off through a remote app on my phone and thank GOD she didn't eat the batteries, but I'm currently sobbing and freaking out because I sent my mom a snapchat of the remote, but she hasn't responded, I texted my future sister and she hasn't responded either. (Mom JUST messaged me back on SC).

I don't know what to do. My brother's gonna think I'm a FUCKING DUMBASS for not watching her. I already feel like he thinks I'm dumb as hell. Now, he's gonna have a reason to.

I just want to scream right now!!
