WHY DOES THIS STUFF KEEP HAPPENING

I just walked into a Walmart, still here and saw there boys running with 3 bags each they looked filled running out of Walmart......

THE FUCKING STOLE STUFF

Somebody got there license plate number which is good

They boys looked young

And I overheard a little kid who saw everything saying one of them sounded like they didn't want to do it

WHY

at least they didn't harm anyone
