It was WrestleMania 35, and all of the WWE Superstars were excited as the card was stacked:

Singles Match: The Undertaker vs. John Cena

Raw Tag Team Championship: The B-Team vs. The Revival

Tag Team: The Boss n' Hug Connection (Sasha Banks and Bayley) vs. The Bella Twins (Nikki Bella and Brie Bella)

SmackDown Women's Championship: Charlotte Flair vs. Becky Lynch

Singles Match: Daniel Bryan (with Brie Bella) vs. The Miz (with Maryse)

Raw Women's Championship: Alexa Bliss vs. Nia Jax

Universal Championship: Alex Auditore vs. Finn Balor

(Backstage)

I was in my locker room warming up for my main event against my best friend Finn, and Alexa walks in.

Alexa: nervous babe?

Alex: a bit, this is my first WrestleMania and I'm in the main event

She put her hand on my cheek

Alexa: everything is going to be fine. If you win or lose, the important thing is that you and Finn are still best friends after.

Alex: thanks babe

Alexa: I gotta go warm up now, I'll see you later.

She left the locker room, and I looked down and I noticed the small box containing the engagement ring. I picked it up, sat down and opened the box containing the ring.

Then Finn and Seth walked in.

Finn: the time is now lad

I gave out a deep sigh and nodded

Alex: after our match, I will propose.

Seth: how dude?

Alex: I'll ask her to be at ringside for me and Finn's match.

Finn: I'm listening.

Alex: when you or I win, that's when I'll do it.

Finn and Seth nodded in agreement.

Seth: alright dude, this will be one hell of a match

Finn: and a proposal that is too sweet.

We came in and gave the hand gesture.

(Fast forward to Alexa's match)

I was at backstage with the gang and we were watching Alexa's match against Nia.

Cole: Nia has Alexa up, Samoan Drop!

Thre- Alexa has her shoulder up.

I was looking on in suspense, so was the gang.

Sasha: how did she kick out of that?

Then Nia had Alexa on her shoulders, and she climbed up to the second turnbuckle

Graves: an avalanche Samoan Drop, that's gotta be it for the Goddess!

Announcer: here is your winner and new Raw Women's Champion, Nia Jax!

(Backstage)

The gang stood up and applauded for Nia's hard fought victory.

Alex: Nia deserved it

Finn: not disappointed lad?

Alex: no an old grumpy car told me, it's just a belt

Bayley: I sense a mature aura over here.

Nia and Alexa walked backstage and sat down with us.

Alexa: congrats, bestie!

Nia: thanks girl, my girlhood dream has come true!

Cole: up next the main event, Alex Auditore vs. Finn Balor for the Universal Championship.

Finn: that's our cue lad!

(12 minutes later)

Finn made his Demon King entrance with red smoke, and people dressed in apocalyptic attire. Finn was painted with red and white, with a big demonic eye painted on his back.

(3 minutes later)

I made my entrance. I was wearing a mask that is similar to the one Alexa wore for her No Mercy promo. The mask was painted in dark Philippine colors. I was wearing a crown on my head and a cloak on my back to epitomize my nickname of the Pinoy Prince, and I was wearing the Universal Championship around my waist. My entrance theme was played live by the band themselves Skillet. Alexa was by my left side and she was wearing the same mask as well.

(Fast forward to the match)

Graves: Balor measuring the champion, Shotgun Kick!

Finn kicked me to the corner, and I was lying on my back. Then, Finn went up to the top

Cole: Finn up top, Coup de Grace!

Thre- I kicked out.

Graves: how did the Prince kick out of the Coup de Grace?

Alexa was at ringside with a concerned look on her face, but she told me to keep fighting. Finn and I were trading punches.

Graves: these two men give it all they have.

I stunned Finn with a big punch; he fires back with an overhead kick, but it didn't fazed me then I struck

Saxton: AKO Outta Nowhere!

Cole: both men are down!

I crawled to Finn's body

Thre- Finn has his shoulder up.

Graves: oh my god what a kick out from the Demon King.

Cole: these two know each other so well.

I try to hit Finn with another AKO, but he countered with another overhead kick, fazing me as I was losing my balance. Then Finn hit the Slingblade on me followed by a Shotgun Kick knocking me to the corner.

Graves: the Demon King ascends to the top Coup de Grace!

Announcer: here is your winner and new Universal Champion, Finn Balor!

Alexa helped me on my feet, and I saw my best friend holding the title he never lost. I clapped for him and Finn turned around and we hugged.

Finn: I've done my part, now it's time to do yours.

He gave me the box with the engagement ring, and he put his hand on my shoulder

Finn: it's all you now my friend.

I grabbed the mic.

Alex: although my WrestleMania debut ended what I didn't expect, but I have to say congrats to my brother Finn Balor for regaining the title he never lost.

The crowd cheered as me and Finn and we gave each other the Too Sweet. I continued to talk.

Alex: but I have something to say to my beautiful girlfriend for 11 months, Alexa Bliss.

Alexa and I stood in the middle of the ring across from each other, and Finn was in the corner with a smile on his face. Alexa was smiling as I talked to her.

Alex: Alexa, for 11 months we had a strong bond formed out of comfort and communication. When we locked eyes for the first time, we knew that we are made for each other. Our moments from Disneyland to you kicking my ass in my video games are nothing to what I have to say in front of everybody here.

I got down on one knee and I took out the ring, and Alexa covered her face as tears came down from her eyes.

Alex: Lexi Kaufman, will you marry me?

The crowd chanted "yes yes yes!" and Finn urged Alexa to say yes as well.

Alexa: yes babe yes!

I put the ring in her finger and we hugged and kissed. Finn was clapping for us as the fireworks light up the sky.

(Backstage)

We were joined by the rest of the gang as they took a look at Alexa's engagement ring.

Nia: finally!

Sasha: now we are all in the engagement club.

Seth: so worth the wait.

Luke: congrats my brother

Bayley: we're so happy for both of you.

Finn: cheers to the now engaged Pinoy Bliss

We all group hugged.

Then we went back to the hotel. Alexa called her parents as I was showering.

Alexa: mom, dad did you watched WrestleMania?

Angela: yes we did honey; we're so happy for you and Alex!

Bob: he proposed in the right place at the right time.

Alexa: it was worth the wait. I knew in my heart that WrestleMania is the perfect time.

Bob: give our cheers to our soon to be son in law, Lexi.

Alexa: I will dad.

I walked in after I finished showering and I sat down beside Alexa

Alex: what did your parents say, babe?

Alexa: they just want to give their cheers and blessings for our engagement.

Alexa looked at her hand with the ring around her finger and smiled.

Alex: that ring sparkles more than your fairy character.

She gave me a playful slap to the head.

Alexa: we may have lost our championships, but we still have each other.

Alex: agreed.

We gave each other a kiss as Alexa has her head on my shoulder and our hands intertwined.

Alexa: I can't wait for our wedding babe.

Alex: I can't wait too babe.
