Your POV

Zane drops his sword to his side. I look up and see a man. He has light brown hair and baby blue eyes. He is carrying an emerald sword. He looks at me and we make eye contact. He gives me a reassuring look. I smile at him feeling heat rise on my face.

"LAURENCE?" Zane says 

"ZANE?" the man named Laurence said with obvious sarcasm.

"Get out of here Laurence, you have nothing to do with this" Zane says as he looks back at me and gives me an evil grin.

"Well if you hurting a beautiful young lady like her, then it is my business" Laurence says as he looks at me and winks. I felt the blush appear again.

Zane looks back at me then to his guards signalling them to attack Laurence. 

"HEY GET OUT OF HERE BEFORE HE-" I was cut off by Zane slashing at my face. I screamed in pain as Laurence came over and stabbed Zane in the arm. 

Zane's guards then went and attacked Laurence. I screamed not wanting him to get hurt. Then someone covered my mouth not letting most of the scream escape. I looked back at the person covering my mouth. They were wearing a black cloak and a red mask which covered their facial features.

"Hush now, my name is Aaron, I have come to help" Aaron says in a very soothing tone.

As soon as Aaron unties me I run to help Laurence who is fighting three guards right now. I go to attack one on his left while he takes the rest.

"I see you can fight, hu" Laurence says as he takes down another guard.

"Ya, my fa-" I was cut off by a guard attacking me from the right. 

Laurence swooped in and pushed me back, earning himself a cut on the arm.

"Oh my Irene!" I say frantically as Laurence falls to the ground. He got up and pushed me behind him, as he blocked another guard.

I got up from behind him and threw my sword at the guard. There was no sign of Zane.  The cut on my face burned. Zane had cut me pretty deep. I screamed as someone grabbed my arm. Both Laurence and Aaron were still fighting the guards when I heard a whistle from behind me. It was Zane.

"You can stop now boys" Zane says evilly "I got what I wanted"

I screamed again letting them know it was me.

"LET GO OF HER ZANE" Laurence yelled angrily.

"Why do you care about her Laurence?" Zane said. Just then he ripped down my cloak hood. Revealing my wolf ears and my bruised cut face.

"S-Shes a wolf" Aaron said.

"Y-Yes I-Im sorry fo-"

I was cut off by Zane dropping me. I let out a whimper.

"Take her" Zane said "Ill get her again soon enough, and when I do she will become my wife, goodbye Y/N" Zane said with an evil smirk.

  With that he was walking away with the few guards he had left. As soon as he left Laurence ran over to me.

"Are you ok, Y/N, I'm guessing that thats your name" Laurence said.

"Y-yes" I said. I was on the bridge of tears.

Laurence was staring into my eyes. And I was staring back. After what seemed like forever, Aaron finally said something.

"Its getting late and we cant go back to Phoenix Drop this late, especially since Y/N is injured and so are you Laurence" Aaron said completely ignoring the fact that I was right there.

"Ok, but I only have two sleeping bags, sooo me and Y/N have to share" Laurence says looking at me with a flirty smirk.

"Not necessary, I will stay up and keep guard for a few hours then I will wake up Laurence and he can guard for the rest of the night" Aaron said.

"Wait why am I not included in this conversation? Why cant I guard?" I ask.

"Because we don't know you for all we know you could be working for Zane" Aaron said.

"I WILL NEVER WORK FOR ZANE AGAIN, DID'NT YOU SEE WHAT HE DID TO ME, WHY IN THE NAME OF IRENE WOULD I WORK FOR HIM" I yelled at him.

"Its just your a wolf and we are human-"

"ARE YOU SAYING IM NOT A HUMAN" I yelled again.

"No we are just saying-" Aaron was cut off by me again.

"NO YOU KNOW WHAT I THOUGHT YOU GUYS WERE NICE AND ALL BUT I GUESS YOU ARE'NT" I yelled at them both.

"Y/N calm down please" Aaron said.

"Y/N" Laurence looked at me with caring eyes. The type of eyes I have not seen in a long time.

"Fine, whatever, Im sorry" I said looking down at the ground.

"Its ok" Laurence said "Ill get the tent set up"

"Ok, can I help?" I asked

"Sure" Laurence said flirty like.

~ Time Skip To When The Tent Is Up~

As we finished up Laurence handed me a white sleeping bag. I went in the tent and put down my sleeping bag and got inside. And after I got comfy I fell straight asleep.
