What is love?

We can defined it in anything we can think about it, but sometimes not so sure of it.

In 1 Corinthians 13:4-8a describes or defines the word love. 

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices in truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails."

It unfolds a beautiful meaning of the word love. It covers all the aspects of our life.

Anywhere, anytime and in any situation love has shown in different ways.

And some shows it in a wrong way. Because they also defines it in a wrong meaning.

But, the question answered in first Corinthians. Love should be shown in the way God designed it to be. This biblical meaning of love is the greatest meaning than every indivual can give.

So therefore, if you're a man who does love, it should be like these. Let me read a Filipino translation of these verses;

"Ang taong may pag-ibig ay mapagtiis, mabait, hindi marunong mainggit,hindi hambog o mapagmataas, hindi bastos ang pag-uugali, hindi makasarili, hindi magagalitin, o mapagtanim ng sama ng loob sa kapwa, hindi natutuwa sa kasamaan, kundi nagagalak sa katotohanan, hindi sumusuko, laging nagtitiwala, laging may pag-asa, at tinitiis ang lahat. . . . . . . . ngunit ang pag-ibig ay walang hanggan."

If you are doing those, you are showing the right kind of love.
