Areums POV

The next day I woke up to my mother dragging me out of bed. Usually on Saturday mornings we would clean the house a bit after breakfast. Although I was hoping my mother would let me sleep in since I have a show later on today.

I wipe the sweat that drips down my face. I made sure to thoroughly clean the bathroom, I swept the floors and changed Min Mins litter box. I then decide to take the trash out. I take the elevator to the ground floor to drop off the garbage in trash.

But of course luck wasn't on my side today as I ran into Marcus who was busy chatting with some other guy. I tried using my glove covered hands to shield my face but I was too late.

"Well well well if isn't my lovely neighbor" he teases placing his hands in his pockets. I take a large gulp of air before turning around to head back to the elevator. Of course he  just had to see me in my koala apron with a koala bandana to keep my wild hair out of my face.

I press the button willing it to come quickly. "I think us running into each other is a sign" he says with a grin. I sent him a scowl his friend was practically holding back a laugh.

When the elevator arrives I immediately hop on. Seeing as he wasn't getting on he sent me a gentle wave with a wink. The doors closed to hide my now heated face.

Going back into the house I run some cold water on my face.

He's so annoying!

"Areum waseo seolgeoji hae"! My mother yells from her bedroom. Rolling my eyes I go to the kitchen to clean the leftover dishes in the sink.

Several hours later I was extremely exhausted. It was around 3:00 and the show didn't start until 6:30. I decide a small nap will do me justice and I set an alarm to around 5:00 when I would start getting ready.

When I awoke to the sound of my alarm it was pitch black outside. I hop in the shower starting to get ready. I was going to wear a nice yellow cropped top with some light blue jeans.

After showering I get dressed and put on light makeup. I decide to straighten my hair which was quite the struggle. A few minutes later I get a text from Cianne telling me she is downstairs waiting.

I grab my phone and bag making my way out to the living room.

"Omma I'm leaving now" I yell to her.

"Neomu neuj-ji ma" ! She warns me. I roll my eyes telling her I'll be back before curfew before making my way downstairs.

I automatically recognize Cianne red car parked right out front. I immediately hop in the back next to Anne.

"You girls ready" ? Souline asks from the passenger seat. She was dressed in a tight glitter dressed, her long hair curled to perfection.

Cianne takes off and the whole ride we sang to our hearts content listening to the radio. It was times like this where I was truly grateful for my friends. They were like sisters to me and I couldn't have asked for better friends.

We arrive at the place which was a small club for teens. Everything was all set up as the place was crowded with people. We spotted our manager Tina chilling in the corner with a glass of alcohol in one hand.

Her eyes immediately light up once we come into view. "You girls ready to put on a show"?! Tina exclaims her eyes going wide as she sways her body to the music.

"Yeah we are all set to go. When do we go up"? Cianne asks scanning the stage. A group was already performing a song.

"After this group another one is supposed to go up before you girls. I heard they are quite popular" Tina informs taking a sip of her blue drink.

We sit in a table and order some nachos while we wait. Just when I didn't think this could get any worse...

Fate proved me wrong.

Alright everybody I'd like to welcome the group Truly Neon to the stage!!!

My eyes go wide when I spot Marcus with a guitar wrapped around him setting up on stage.

He's in a band!?
