40.
I can't believe this is fr. Like Min Yoongi dating? You gotta be fucking kidding me.
What a dumb dumb! She's so ugly. Wonder how Yoongi is with her.
Two-timing bitch. Pretty sure she's a gold digger. Man, I hate those kinds.
Yoongi deserves better. MARRY ME INSTEAD OF THAT SLUT!!!!
Park Heejae, if you are reading this do us a favor and delete yourself.
OMFG, I can't believe this woman is involved with an idol again. Last time she pretended to be a victim of a stalker fan, this time she straight up snagged the riches.
Guys, please be respectful. If they decided to announce their relationship they must be really serious. They wouldn't take the hard route if it was nothing. Be a little supportive.
Wait, is no one going to mention how she's literally smooching another man while pretending to love our Yoongi? Can't he see she's using him?
I hope she dies and Yoongi is freed. To be with a slut must be so hard.
I know where she works and I'm going there. That slut bitch should have thought before being with two men and that too with Yoongi!
Yoongi angrily shut his phone, placing it as far away from him as possible. With his fists clenched he looked up and in the kitchen where he saw his girlfriend moving around, humming to herself as she cooked them lunch.
He had thought revealing their relationship would be the best to get things straight but humans worked so differently. They never did what one predicted and that sucked big time.
After scrolling and scrolling under the article, he had found only a few comments that were nice and supportive. He wanted to sue all the others, writing shit without knowing the whole truth but knowing how the law worked, they all will be let go of easily. But what angered him most was people doubting Heejae.
Unable to hold still, he got up and went into the kitchen, wrapping his arms around Heejae's waist, hugging her tightly. "I told you not to read the comments," was what she said almost immediately. The man sighed, "I couldn't help myself. I'm so angry, Heejae. The things they are bringing up are not only about you but also about your parents."
She chuckled bitterly as she continued stirring the sizzling vegetables in the pan. "Well, they are not completely wrong, I'm sure. My parents have had their fair share of affairs while being married to each other. So, technically they are not lying about my parents' scandalous lifestyle."
His arms tightened more around her. "You are not like that though. I know you," he insisted, his eyebrows knitted. "Yes, you know me but people don't," she tried calming him down as she shut off the stove and turned around in his arms.
"Those people who are saying that about me love you more, Yoongi. They are your fans, some of them delusional but we don't have to listen to them. We are not obliged to listen to any of them. They will calm down after a while. So, just stay with me till then and keep me sane instead of going insane yourself, okay?"
Looking at her softly smiling and imploring face he could only breathe a heavy sigh and nod. "I so wished to keep you away from all this toxicity. I know how it feels to be attacked this way, I've seen people giving up because of such people and it just plain hurts."
Heejae's smile fell then, her eyes moistening as she remembered the people she had seen leaving because of cyberbullying. They were all good people, loved by many but a few twisted, malicious people broke them completely. No matter how much she wished things had been different, it wasn't going to bring those angels back.
Shaking her head, she broke out of nostalgic memories and pasted a bright smile on her face. "Come on, help me with cooking now that you are here. We'll be done soon."
The couple made quick work of lunch as they silently worked together. Finishing their lunch, they settled in front of the TV, putting on a movie as they found comfort by cuddling in the dark. They needed that intimacy to stay strong, to recharge themselves for all the struggles that awaited them.
Even though his arms were tight around her, his breathing steady, Heejae could feel the stiffness in his body. He couldn't relax and it was just vexing her.
“Loosen up, Yoongi. Just focus on the movie for now,” she let out softly, running her hand over his chest. He sighed, he had been doing that a lot throughout the day and grumbled, “I’m trying. I just can't shake off these thoughts.”
She hummed thoughtfully as she sat up and stared at him, his frowning eyes looking at the screen, his lips pulled in a straight line. A smirk slowly made its way to her lips as she leaned forward, grazing her lips against the shell of his ear. The man shivered, quickly turning his head to look at her.
“What are you doing?” he asked in a low voice, it made her smile widen as she closed the distance between them to press her lips against his. “Trying to loosen you up,” she whispered huskily, quickly kissing him, without letting him speak up.
It didn't take time for his hands to find purchase of her waist and for her hands to tug him closer with a firm grip in his hair. Soft moans and heavy breaths filled the room, mixing with the sounds coming from the television but the couple didn't care; they were lost in each other.
Just when Heejae had successfully pulled his shirt over his head to trail kisses down his neck to his chest the doorbell rang, breaking their moment. Yoongi groaned lowly, Heejae bristling as she rolled her eyes. She got up quickly to see who it was that barged in on their intimate moments but the face that greeted her through the intercom was both a surprise and shock.
Without much thought, she let the person enter the apartment since he didn't even need permission to come through the front gates. “What are you doing here?” she asked, her mouth gaping as she watched her brother stride inside, his jaw set and his eyes determined.
“Where is that bastard? I’m going to fucking kill him!” Heejung said with his jaw clenched so hard, she worried he would get an earful from the dentist again. But that thought flew out of the window when she understood his words.
With wide eyes, Heejae followed after him, trying to stop him but that went down the drain as soon as Yoongi came into the drawing-room. The woman watched in horror as her brother lunged at her boyfriend, grabbing him by his collar as he landed a punch on his face.
“That’s for putting my sister in a dangerous situation,” the man seethed as he glared at the shorter man cradling his jaw. Heejae was quick to run and stand in front of Yoongi, holding the other side of his face.
“Oh my! Yoongi, are you okay?” she asked with concern hearing a distant scoff. “Wow, Park Heejae, you amaze me,” she heard her brother say, making her turn around. “Not too long ago, you were cursing him with tears in your eyes and now you are concerned about this. I didn't sign up for this fuckery.”
“Right, you didn't,” she replied furiously, her eyes spitting fire. “Why the fuck are you even here for? I didn't call and how the fuck did you even get through the gates? Who permitted you?”
“Bitch, I own the building,” he replied with a scoff, making her nostrils flare in anger.
“Well, bitch, my boyfriend paid you for this apartment and that makes you punishable by law for barging in and assaulting the owner of the house.”
The siblings glared at each other, their fists tightly clenched and their breathing fast. Yoongi wanted to speak up and break their fight but pain shot through his jaw to his head and he was quick to decide against it. The man quietly retreated into the kitchen, grabbing some ice to help with the swelling he was going to see on his face. He wondered how he would explain it to everyone...
"You guys should leave this apartment," Heejung said seriously after a long time, making Yoongi's head whip towards him. "Why?" he asked, even as his jaw protested.
The siblings turned to look at him as Heejung rubbed his forehead. "Someone tried breaking the security yesterday. We didn't inform this to the rest of the residents in case it makes them uncomfortable but it looks like this won't be the last attempt. Apparently someone leaked your address and that's not a good sign. So, I'm here to take Heejae to my place and you can go back to dorms."
"I'm not going to your house" Heejae was quick to say, moving towards Yoongi as she clutched his hand. "We are staying together and with the news out, I don't want to be away from him."
The older man shook his head, "This is not the time to be stubborn, Jae. You need to lay low and away from him. Staying together means more danger and you know my house is more than safe. His company is capable of keeping him safe but it hasn't been the best when it comes to your safety, so just pack your bags and come with me. It's only for a few days."
Heejae shook her head, she didn't like the idea at all. He was making no sense. Had they done anything wrong to stay hidden from public view? It's not like they were in some kind of taboo relationship, it was a normal relationship and yet they were being scrutinized as if they weren't humans and had no feelings. The tyranny!
Yoongi squeezed her hand though, making her turn to look at him. His eyes were sad but determined as he freed his hand from her grip. "Go with him, Heejae. Your brother's right. Stay with your family for a few days, when things calm down, I'll come to get you."
Knowing him, she knew he wouldn't be budged but that didn't mean her heart didn't break and when it did, her instinctive response was always anger. Park Heejae was famous for only two things, her work and her temper.
