A quiet hum disrupts the peaceful, green world, and a large beast jerks its head up. The time machine appears--this time safely on the ground--and a dripping wet Yellowfang hauls herself out, a seriously annoyed glare turning into a terrifed shriek as she sees the creature.

Yellowfang: WIKIPEDIA! HELP!

Wikipedia: *gracefully floats out of the time machine, turns, sees the creature and freezes* Oh dear.

Yellowfang: WHAT IS THAT?

Wikipedia: That would be a tyrannosaurus rex, an extremely deadly dinosaur. This is not good--

T-Rex: *roars and charges*

Yellowfang: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! *leaps into tree*

T-Rex: *chasing Wikipedia; stomps on the time machine* ROOOOOAAAARRRRR

Wikipedia: *swerves around a tree, and flies straight up into the air* BEGONE, FOUL BEAST.

T-Rex: *confused, wanders off* Roar?

Yellowfang: *slowly slides down from the tree and goes over to inspect the time machine* Wikipedia, where are you? I think we're stuck here. The time machine is broken.

Wikipedia: *flies hesitantly toward Yellowfang* I can fix it . . . but, um, you should know that the meteor that wipes out the dinosaurs will strike the planet in, ah, two minutes and three seconds. We don't have enough time. Prepare to die.

Yellowfang: You're serious? *sighs* I never thought my death would occur in this manner. I suppose there's a first time for everything . . .

Wikipedia: Ha! Got you. The meteor does strike earth in, let's see, only a minute now, but the time machine is perfectly fine.

Time Machine: *beeps and glows blue*

Yellowfang: Wikipedia. Are you sure it hasn't--

A huge quake rolls through the ground, and toxic clouds rush toward them, pillars of gray smoke and dirt and very suprised dinosaurs. A golden glow lights up the earth, and it is almost beautiful as they see the meteor strike the earth, lava erupting in spurts of red flame and dirt being pushed up.

Yellowfang: Wow.

Wikipedia: WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT NOT WOW GET IN THE TIME MACHINE AHHHHHHH

Yellowfang: *takes a step toward the meteor strike, but is pulled back by Wikipedia and is sucked into the swirling vortex of the time machine*

Yellowfang: I feel bad for the dinosaurs--

The time machine beeps, glinting in the glow of the lava, and disappears into a swirl of blue.
