***Few Weeks Later***

"Honey tomorow's the first day of school so you better get some sleep!" My mom called out to me. I rolled my eyes and logged off Facebook. Even though I wasn't doing anything on there. Alyssa was completly ignoring me so I basically had no friends. I have to probably pick some up for the new year. I was gonna be a sophmore! Then a senior...wow. I can't believe school's almost over!! "Ya, ya I know mom! Love ya!" I said and flicked off the light. I snuggled in and thought of how I would get new friends. Maybe a new girl...or even a loser. Somebody to talk to........

"IT'S YOUR FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!" I screamed as my mom shouted in my ears. "Mom what the hell?!" I screamed. "Watch your language young lady! And hon it's 6:30 and school starts at 8:00 sharp!" My mom said and I instantly got up. I ran to the shower and dried my hair. I picked out dark wash jean short-shorts, a black tank top with a Little Big World jacket over it. I put my hair into a side ponytail and applied heavy eyeliner and gloss. I pulled on my black Vans with rainbow laces and ran downstairs. "Ahh hello darling! I made you eggs and bacon!" She announced and the smell wafted to my nose and I sat down. It was 7:3- so I was making good time. I quickly ate it up and brushed my teeth. I looked out my window (out of habit! :P) and sighed. Trent was with the whore. When do they actually spend time apart?! UGH! I ran back downstairs and got into the car. I side glanced Trent and saw he was looking at me too. I quickly faced my mom and stayed like that till we were turning into the main street. I was getting a car in the next month but for now my mom had to drive me. It was really embarassing!! When my mom dropped me off I sternly said, "Mom I'm walking home." And I got out and quickly ran from the car so it looked like I wasn't a Freshman. I gazed over the groups of students that were outside. I noticed Alyssa. She was with the populars and when she saw me she rolled her eyes and went back to talking. I looked at the ground and headed inside. I saw a girl with long, straight blonde hair with a pink stripe in the office. She got handed her schedule and walked out. Here's my chance! "Hey! I'm Spencer! What's your name?" I asked her. "Uhh Ashley but seriously I'm not a prep so call me Ash." She said and smiled. "Sure alright. What's your schedule?" I asked and we compared them. She had half of the schedule like mine!! "Cool well I think we're gonna be friends!" Ash said and I smiled. "I actually know a few people here..." Ash said. "Cool who?" I asked curiously. Here's another chance!! "They're considered the loser emos but Wendy Snider and Iris Winters." She said. I've heard of them!! They were being made fun of by Alyssa...ya know Alyssa's a horrible person. I'm glad we're not friends anymore! "Well I can't wait to meet them." I said truthfully and we walked outside to the "tree area". It was the place with most shade and that's where the "losers" hang out. But in our school there actually isn't that many losers soo it's a small group. "Oh my god you're actually here!!" A girl with bright purple hair and vibrant blue eyes screamed at Ash. They hugged. "Wendy!! It's great to see ya cuz." She said. They laughed. So I'm guessing they're cousins. "Hey this is Spencer. She was really nice and she's joining us." Ash said introducing me. "I'm Wendy and that's Iris." Wendy said pointing at a girl with bright red hair. She was texting and chewing gum. The bell rang loudly and we all stood up. "Time for school!" I said and we all laughed.

School was great!! All of my classes either had Iris, Wendy, or Ash! We all really got to know eachother! I even wrote a list...

I walked home alone and listened to the trees. I saw Trent a few times today. But he had that whore all over him. I found out her name is Mikayla Cook. She's the school's slut and she used to go out with Trent!! She went to for the summer to live in L.A. and they met up. But he broke up with her and now that he's here they reunited. Apparently she's pretty mean too. I figure I'm gonna have trouble now that I'm hanging with the emo's. But whatever. I guess I am kinda into the emo look. Thick eyeliner, kiddy themed clothing, Vans and Converse...it's not a bad thing. It's actually cooler than being a prep! Well, in some cases. I unlocked the door as quietly as possible so my mom wouldn't flood me with questions. Too late, she was waiting at the door. "Hello Spencer!! How was school?! Did you make new friends?!" She screamed hyperly. "MOM! Calm down...it was great! I did make new friends and this year is gonna rock!" I said wrapping up my speech by going upstairs. She didn't follow me (thankfully) and I logged onto Facebook. I friended each of them and smiled. They were all awesome!! Would they help release the pain Trent gave me? Possibly...but I still miss and love him.
