A Day Later

Alex made it abubdabtly clear to the Elrics to just take the following days one at a time normally and that's he would say when it was time to strike.

Time was off the essence and Alex knew that this was an operation that couldn't begin too early or too late.

With this, Alex wrote out his plans on his calendar.

He wasn't gonna rush his recruitments.

Hell.

All he really needed was all the fired HQ members, the Elrics, and Major Armstrong.

He was just fine with that and wasn't gonna overexcede his expectations.

A knock was heard as Alex closed his calendar.

"Come in."

The door opened and in walked not only Akari but Yae and Rita as well.

"Whatever harem bullshit they wanna do then tell them I'm never doing." Said Alex immediately wantinf Yae and Rita out.

"Calm down Alex. They're not here for that. We're here for something else." Said Akari.

"What is it?"

"Well, Riza woke up and we chatted for a bit. Eventually, it didn't take her long to find out what you were planning after seeing the look in your eyes."

"She found out already? Damn. She was always good at understanding thoughts."

Akari nodded. "So, after finding out, I went over and talked to Yae and Rita about it."

"Did you now?"

"Alex. I know how your mind works. Your just gonna be fine with just your HQ brethren, but, you need more. Alex. Us three would appreciate if we'd join the cause."

"You three wanna join the revolution? Guys. I appreciate it but this is just an HQ thing."

"Alex. HQ won't be enough. You need alliances to take down whatever your Uncle has started." Said Yae.

"What your planning won't be good enough. You need all the help you can get." Said Rita.

Alex sighed and sat on his bed.

"I know. Trust me. I wanna recruit people outside of HQ but I don't wanna give my hopes up."

Akari smiles and kneeled down to face him. "You won't ever know until you try right?"

"Yeah. Your right."

"Now. Will you let us join your cause?"

"Akari C. Satsuki, Yae Sakura, and Rita Rossweisse, welcome to the revolutuon." Said Alex now officially adding in 3 more members.

The three girls smiled and left the room as Alex sighed.

'They're right. This is basically the fight of our lives and the future of HQ. I need to go all out.' Thought Alex as he racked his head full of thoughts.

'God. This is just stressful.'

"Tell me about it."

"The hell? Truth?"

Alex then noticed he was now in the white void.

"Sorry! Just wanted a moment to talk about what's been going on."

"Yeah I know. It's been hell. Bradley's death, my father, the funeral, and now Uncle Roy's become a Homunculus and hospitalized my Aunt."

"Kid. Don't you forget. I'm on your side. With my powers, it's basically like you have your own personal Philosopher's Stone, though, obviously the real deal is WAY stronger than what I can give you."

"I know. Though, I don't care if I ever get the chance to use the stone's power or not. I'm not gonna mindlessly pursue more power. I'm fine with what I got."

"Glad to see a humble alchemist. Almost everyone was overly cocky."

"Yes I understand. It's an unavoidable issue when Alchemy is the way it is."

"Alex. Good luck. Your gonna need it. And remember, I got your back."

With that, Alex's eyes were blinded and then he saw that he was back in his room.

'Thank you Truth. I really needed that."

TimeSkip: Night

"So, your not gonna be here?"

"Sorry but no. Planeptune's gonna have a ceremony and we all have to attend it."

Alex sighed and groaned.

He had attempted to recruit Uni for help but unfortunately it turns out the "great and mighty" Neptune just HAD to have a party happen on the EXACT day the revolution would begin.

"Alright then. Sorry for calling."

"Alex. Please. Be safe. And go get it done."

"I promise you I will. Bye. Love you." Alex hanged up and racked his head again.

"Well, there goes the chance of having any of the CPUs would help. And I doubt IF would wanna help. She's still one of the few that doesn't completely trust me. If only Kunsil or Brandon weren't away doing their own important things. They would've been huge help." Said Alex. (Shoutouts to Hooded_light again and BionicBeat. Hope your enoying your break.)

Alex continued to think of who else he could add.

He barely had anyone left on his mind.

Though, deep down, he knew exactly who to recruit.

He just didn't want too recruit them cause he still wanted to keep this an HQ only thing, though, at this point, he had no choice but to do it as they both were the best options available to him.

He sighed to himself before chukling.

"All hell is about to break loose."

The Next Day

The day at HQ went by fast as Alex just minded his own business ignoring the recently hired bastards.

As he finished his business in the bathroom and left it, he was now in front of Kimblee.

"Pleasure to meet you Mr. Alex Mustang. I've heard a lot about you, since you were Bradley's Protege and Roy's Nephew. I assume you know who I am, right?"

"Your Solf J. Kimblee. The Crimson Alchemist. You were quite infamous for your actions in the two Ishvalan Wars we had."

"Hey now kid. Anything goes in war. I was simply carrying out what we were told to do. Kill the Ishvalans and win the war. You of all people should know. Especially since you killed many Ishvalans in the war."

Alex kept quiet and walked on by.

"One last question kid. Your face. You don't seem content being here. Why stay and not quit?"

"I'd rather be employed than be unemployed."

He walked off as Kimblee chuckled.

"Well well, this certainly is gonna be interesting."

Eventually, the day at HQ would end as Alex and Roy or Wrath crossed paths down a hallway.

They both looked into the other's eye as Alex left HQ and Roy smiled.

"What's the smile for? You know I'm gonna make you kick his ass. You can't overpower me. You won't get rid of me." Said Wrath, speaking in Roy's mind.

"I know I won't. But, you won't be here for long."

"And what makes you say that?"

"Just wait you damn Homunculus. You'll find out soon."

Later That Day

The time was ticking as Alex stood face to face with two individuals.

"I'm glad you two accepted the call to hear me out. HQ is out of control. And we'll be the ones to stop it. I'm glad you two have accepted."

Alex held his hand out, palm up as two other hands joined in.

"The Promised Day is upon us."

With that, Alex looked at his two next recruits. The final two recruits.

"Welcome to the revolution, Jackie C. Black and Theresa Apocalypse. Working with all of Base Kamno and Hyperion will be a pleasure."
