Yongsun parked her car in a driveway through a gate automatically closing behind her.  She exited her car and entered a large home through the front door.  She closed and locked the door behind her taking off her shoes and slipping on some slippers before finally turning on the lights. 

She walked into the open room containing a kitchen and on the other side a living room with a simplistic modern black couch and a flatscreen TV.   Her kitchen was modern style mix of black and silver.  She walked to the fridge and opened it up. 

There was very little in the fridge for such a large space.  There were some fruits, some waters, a protein shake, and some yogurt cups.

She grabbed a strawberry flavored yogurt and closed the large door.  She walked over to a slick black drawer under a gray marble top and slid it open revealing a set of multiple spoons knifes and forks.  She grabbed a spoon and closed the drawer with her hip and she opened the yogurt and held the spoon in her mouth with her teeth.  She turned the lights back off and made her way towards the living room.

She threw away the foil lid after licking the contents on the backside.  She walked over the the rather firm couch and sat down.  She put her feet on the couch and looked over to the large glass panes revealing the night sky and an overview of a city below. 

She ate her yogurt scoop by scoop looking at the clear night sky.

Meanwhile Wheein had just got on a bus. 

The bus was somewhat empty since it was about midnight, but the final bus made its way to the hospital picking up the girl.

She sat around the middle in a two seater sitting against the window.  She put in earbuds and leaned her head against the window. 

Two stops into the bus ride a few drunk men entered.  They all sat at the very back all looking between the ages of 40-47.

They were obnoxiously loud laughing and talking about random stuff and their "girls".

Wheein turned up her volume two notches enough to drown out the men.  She continued to rest her head on the window.

"Hey she's kinda cute..." one of the men said.  They stared at the back of her head.

"Hey man, she looks like a minor." The men looked at each other for a second then began to laugh. 

"We can look as long as we want. As long as we don't touch, there's no problems."  They snickered and licked their lips barely able to keep their eyes open. 

One of them made a move and sat behind her. 

Wheein knew immediately one of them was behind her. She could smell him a mile away with all that alcohol.  Her body tensed, she felt scared.  She kept telling her self she would be okay but then she felt him get closer.

"You smell nice sweet thing..." the man was close enough she felt his breath on her neck and she froze completely. 

On the inside she wanted to turn and punch the guy for getting in her space.  But her brain froze, lots of scenarios played in her head.

She shut her eyes and felt her body begin to shake. 

It's okay Wheein just 3 more stops and you can get off just pull through....

She told herself in her head but she had a feeling the guy wasn't going to stop.

Her feeling was right. 

The guy slid his hand between the seats and touched her arm. 

"Scream and I'll cut you." The guy said threatening her, even though he had no weapon he sounded convincing enough.

At this point Wheein was on the verge of tears from fear.  He had a dry laugh that made her feel so incredibly uncomfortable she began to clench her jaw. 

The bus stopped at the next stop and a woman got on with sunglasses and dark hair with bangs. 

Wheein didn't notice anything around her because she was in a state of such fear.

The woman sat next to Wheein.

Wheein flinched a bit and opened her eyes to look at the person next to her. 

"Hey Shelby, how are you it's been a while!" The woman said looking at Wheein.

Wheein was confused, she had never met this person in her life...and why did she call her Shelby?

Well, the second the woman got on she saw Wheein looking petrified and an old man behind her sitting rather close behind with other men in the back of the bus laughing and watching.

So she sat down and pretended to know Wheein in order to get the guy behind her hesitate and stop.

"Oh gosh I totally forgot something, will you come with me to go get it?" The woman said grabbing Wheein's hand.

"I-I..." Wheein couldn't move with fear still holding her down for if she moves she might get hurt.

"Oh stop being so lazy." The woman pulled Wheein up by her wrist playfully and as the bus stopped and ran off  with her.

After getting off and jogging away from the bus a bit, they both looked at each other.

"I'm sorry but I'm not Shelby...." Wheein said feeling somewhat relieved and somewhat bad for not saying who she was before.

"What? Oh yea I know that, I made up that name."

"Huh?"

"I could see your situation and the look on your face said you weren't going to do anything to stop it." The woman took of her sunglasses and put them in her bag while she reached out her other hand towards Wheein.

"My name is Seulgi..Moon Seulgi."  The woman identified her self with a half smile. Her cheekbones sat high on her face and her see through bangs complemented her eyes.

"I'm Jung Wheein." Wheein took the girls hand, it was the least she could do after she had saved her. 

"How old are you?" Seulgi asked letting go of Wheein's hand.

"I'm 23..."

"23!?!? I thought you were 18! Wah... you look so young, no wonder those guys were coming after you."  She said shocked at the age.

"We're actually the same age, what a coincidence, or is it fate?" She said.  She gave a small smirk which made Wheein cringe a bit.

Wheein has a habit of cringing intensely at anything too cheesy like dramas, people, and pickup lines.

"Anyways where are you heading?" She asked fixing her bangs.

"I was heading home one more stop down." Wheein said looking in the direction she was indicating.

"Ah, I'm headed that way too, since the last bus is gone I'll walk you." Seulgi said adjusting her bag on her back.

"Oh, you don't have to-"

"Off we go!" Seulgi said already walking.  Wheein didn't like being alone especially at night outside in a sketchy area.  She quickly followed her newly found friend Seulgi.

After some small talk between the girls they had arrived at Wheein's apartment.

"Thank you for everything, also, do you need money for a taxi or anything?" Wheein said already reaching for her wallet.

"No I'll be fine, it's not that far anyways.  But....here." Seulgi handed Wheein her phone.

"Put your number in and I'll text you when I get there safe, that way you won't have to worry and we can be friends."  She smiled again.

"Okay then, will do, goodnight, get home safe!" Wheein said once putting her number in Seulgi's phone and walking inside the building.

Seulgi watched as she walked inside and turned and walked off.  She opened her phone to look at the new contact.

Seulgi laughed to herself at the saved information.  She walked down the street turning the corner entering a sketchy building. 

She walked to the roof top of the run down building and sat dangerously on the edge.

"I met a new friend today sis..." she said as she looked up to the sky.

Wheein finally made it to her floor in the apartment.  She walked down the hall making a left and a sharp right to the room number 407.  She pulled out a lanyard with keys on the end, inserted one into the doorknob and unlocked the door.  She entered the room and closed the door behind her locking it and taking off her shoes. 

The room was small a tight fit.  When you walked in the door you were already in the kitchen.  To your right was a small square table and a pillow on the floor to sit on.  There was a small hallway leading to a bedroom, a bathroom and a storage closet and that summed up the apartment.

Wheein threw her keys on to the small table and headed straight to the bathroom to wash up. 

After the unexpected cold shower she shivered as she tried to warm herself up.  Changing into her PJ's which were a loose T shirt and a pair of underwear.   She went to her room jumping on her bed and huddling under the covers as she did, a white and orange cat jumped onto the bed walking in a circle before settling down on the edge. 

Wheein was too tired to show affection to the animal but did acknowledge his presence with a small and quiet

"Goodnight Ggomo"

Although before she fell asleep her phone screen lit up slightly.  She grabbed the phone off her night stand and read the notification.

Message from xxx-xxx-xxxx

Wheein knew exactly who it was.   She opened the message which read.

Made it back safely 😎✌🏼

Wheein responded with another thank you and another goodnight.  After hitting send she turned off her phone and went to sleep.  It was 1:00am and Wheein felt as thought the day she had was the most eventful day in a long time. 

Meeting Kim Yongsun, catching up with Hyoyeon, watching Hyejin perform a difficult surgery, bonding with Yongsun more, having an incident on the bus, and being saved by a new friend. 

With all this happening in one day...

She felt like a new beginning had just begun.
