THE PLOT !

If Clara Benson loved anything it was basketball, together with her boyfriend Lance she would dominate the field. Until her school decided to cut their female basketball team, it crushed her. And when not only the coach but also Lance humiliate her by not letting her join the boy's team even when, in Lance's own words "You're better than most of the boys in my team."

Clara decides that if she can't join them she'll beat them, and when her twin brother Damian runs away to one of his band gigs she begins to hatch a plan. She'll take his place, posing as her twin brother at his new school Hawkins High and join their basketball team. What she doesn't expect is falling for her cute lab partner Nancy Wheeler, what's even worse is that the basketball team captain Steve Harrington also has his eyes on Nancy.

And if things couldn't get any more worse Clara's twin brother comes home early with no clue that his sister had replaced him.

personally i would put this in a au where the upside down doesn't exist, eleven would still be in it she just doesn't have her powers but if you want to put it in the actual show go right ahead !!!

damian and clara don't really get along because they're so alike, like when you see people who hate each others guts but meanwhile they're actually the same person. like max and mike lol
