"I thought you're just some noisy kids. What's that?" The new supernatural asked as it held both Akane and Yashiro. "Did you come here to die?"

Yashiro started struggling from the supernatural's iron grip. She then noticed that there were more supernatural surrounding them. 'The supernatural just now. Although it's beaten by Akane-kun, It's still multiplying! Even other supernaturals started to appear...'

The white haired girl felt herself loosing her conciousness, Akane felt the same as he was no longer struggling out of the supernatural's arms.

The supernaturals around them started chanting about eating them. With the last of her strength, Yashiro manage to cry out towards the female seventh mystery who was with her earlier. "Hatsume-chan..."

A (f/c) colored wisp flew at an incredible speed and slammed against the silhouette holding them who then dropped them and slightly backed away.

The two coughed up as rapid footsteps were heard approaching them.

Hatsume suddenly jumped into the air and sent a kick into the supernatural's way, who was soon flew into the wall. She stood infront of the two protectively once the threat was a few meters away.

"Hatsume-chan...!" Yashiro wheeze out. The female supernatural didn't bother glancing at her, she knew that her assistant was fine and that was all she wanted to know. She gave the mystery infront of her a menacing glare that she could muster and spoke up. "What do you think you are doing, Number Six?!"

Yashiro's eyes widened, she then stared up to the tall supernatural who she finally got a good look on, who began killing the other supernaturals surrounding them except for Hatsume who was still on guard while defending her and Akane.'This...! Hatsume-chan said Number six, could it be this person-'

The supernatural has a mask made out of a skull of an animal. His entire clothing was white except for his hands and legs which was completely black.

'-No. 6 of the seven mystery!'

"I didn't expect to see you here, No. 7... Protecting these humans..." Number Six spoke up as he finished off the last supernatural. He turn towards Yashiro who held an unconcious Akane close to her, terrified. "They both seem delicious."

Yashiro got even more terrified.

" The students are having fun... Even if I eat one or two of them here...." Number Six approached the three slowly, making Hatsume place a protective hand towards the two humans. The sixth mystery stopped in his tracks and observed them, looking directly towards Yashiro. "No one will ever notice..."

Yashiro screamed.

"Not when I'm here." Hatsume snarled. Her (e/c) orbs were dangerously darker than usual. "Number Six, You know the rules. No supernatural must harm a human. Or else Hanako and I must eliminate you."

Yashiro was trembling that she didn't notice Akane slightly stirr from her arms.

The sixth mystery suddenly tense up as he felt another aura nearby. Hatsume's eyes widened in horror, already knowing who was coming. "Oh no..."

"This feeling..."

"Nene-chan!" A certain violet haired girl called out in worry as she run towards her two friends.

"Eh?! Aoi!?" Yashiro called her name in disbelief.

"You're gone for sometime so I thought that something might have happen. What's wrong?" Aoi asked as she got closer, now finally noticing her childhood friend on the ground. "Akane-kun?"

"Aoi wait! Don't come over!" Yashiro warned.

But The reaper had already approached her.

"Could it be..." The sixth mystery muttered. "You're the one at that time.... Perhaps with you-"

"Don't..." Taking out his pocket watch, Akane gave the reaper a murderous look. "Don't touch her, you bastard supernatural!!"

Time freezed as Akane stood up, transforming into his clock keeper form. He approached the frozen in time Aoi and smiled gently. "Aoi-chan, Just stay here for a while..." He glared at the sixth mystery. "I'll clean it up in a second."

Just as time unfroze, Akane's foot made contact with the reaper's skull mask sending him crashing into the ground.

"Wha?!" The sixth mystery got startled by the sudden attack before before getting kicked by Akane again.

"Time froze..?" Hatsume asked, noticing that she was affected by the time freeze.

"What's now..." Yashiro asked but then beamed when she saw Akane in his supernatural form, standing infront of Aoi, protectively. "Akane-kun!"

"Just now... Time stopping?" Number Six asked. "Who are you..."

"I'm just a student!... Also No. 1 of the seven mysteries, Last of the clock keepers." Akane introduced, before grabbing the mystery by his clothes. "Whoever touch Aoi-chan, I won't forgive them. Especially for supernaturals. Mark my words and get lost now-"

"Excuse me..." Akane was cut off when a gentle hand was placed on his shoulder. A confused Aoi stared at the present clock keeper in disbelief. ".....Akane-kun?"

"Huh?! Aoi-chan why?!" Akane forgot about the mystery and turned to Aoi, a little flustered. "You shouldn't be able to see me in this form..."

"Akane-kun your appearance..."

"...I-I-I.... How should I explain..."

The reaper grabbed Akane by his head and slammed him into the ground.

"Akane-kun/Akane-san!" The three girls screamed.

"I'm sorry..." The reaper grabbed Aoi. "Because the academy now seems strange... To restore it's normality..." Aoi struggled in his grip, frightened. "This child is necessary..."

"Let go of your hand!! You!!" Akane tried to punch the mystery only for him to dissappear into smoke.

"Please forgive me..."

The three stared at where the two disappeared before Akane punched the wall, creating a dent.

"Damn it!" Akane cursed. "What is that supernatural planning to do?"

"We the seven mysteries... Acting behalf of the God... Guarding the boundary between the near shore and the far shore..."

All the seven mysteries excluding Hatsume and Number six were all present together inside the Clock keepers' boundary, all having a meeting. All are sitting on their respected seats with Hanako being in the center, an empty chair next to him where Hatsume was suppose to seat on.

"Despitting the promise, supernaturals keep crossing the boundary tonight." The past clock keeper, Kako said, turning to Hanako. "Things are getting difficult, Honorable lord no. 7."

Hanako sat on his seat, with his feet resting on the table. He remained in silence, waiting for Kako to continue.

"As No. 1 of the seven mysteries, I've been watching aside. And you destroyed the yorishiros one after another." Kako slammed his staff on the ground. "No. 2, No. 5 and No. 4. Dear me, You know what that does don't you..."

"Yeah, yeah!" Yako stood up from her seat and transformed into her fox form. "Since returning my seat, they always appear out of nowhere bringing me troubles!"

"You earned that don't you." Tsuchigomori commented making the former mystery angry.

"You earned that~ Silly No. 2~" The future clock keeper, Mirai giggled. Holding a mokke close to her.

"Don't count me in any fight now." Shijima told her fellow mysteries. "My drawings has little effect."

'Can...Can I be here...Yeah...I'm No. 3' Mitsuba thought, he was currently in his mystery form. 'How come crazy knife is here but Smol-bean-senpai isn't? So unfair... I wanna see her!'

"Everyone, Silent." Kako used his judge hammer. "Now that the Orbon is getting close, And near the half of the seats of the seven mysteries are empty, supernaturald would be gathering and wondering around the school."

"Um..What's an urabon?" Mitsuba asked the mystery closest to him which was Tsuchigomori.

"You never heard of it? On the 1st of the july lunar calendar, About August or september now that's the orbon." Tsuchigomori explained. "The period where the boundary between the near shore and the far shore becomes a twilight zone."

"Now Honorable Lord No. 7. The leader of us, what are you gonna do?" Kako asked. "But Would it be fair if Honorable Lady No. 7 is here with us? She's still a mystery too after all."

"I asked Hatsume to watch over the students for a while since we're all currently on a meeting. There's no one watching over those humans." Hanako stood up from his seat. "You know, No. 1 really likes to worry. I know well about the meaning of destroying the Yorishiros."

"I'm performing the duties of No. 7 is that alright?"

"The supernaturals wondering around the school... The God will forgive me for that." Hanako smiled. "Also and For the measures for Urabon we have no. 6!"

"No 6... He's a bit extreme." Kako thought out loud. "What would he do to solve the situation..."

"Even so, we still have a second option." Hanako added. "You remember what we all talked about the last meeting before, right?" He sighed, his eyes show a little bit of sorrow. "Finally...That time has come..."

The mysteries became silent. Yako stared at the male mystery in anger. "Is that even an option?! Why bother doing that instead!? There might be another way!"

"You know there's isn't another way, No. 2. We talked about it already, we're not repeating this discussion again." Hanako's voice became darker making the fox shut up.

"Hmm... Have you told Honorable Lady no. 7 about it? She is apart of our second option after all." Kako asked.

Mitsuba looks confused. He doesn't even know what was the second option, he wasn't here during the last meeting so he didn't know about it.

"Ofcourse she does, infact. She was the one who suggested it even she was a little conflicted while telling it." Hanako told them. "If it comes to that, then Hatsume and I won't hesistate to do it. Our time is almost up and it's for the sake of the school."

'And for Yashiro's sake...'

Kako sighed and so did Tsuchigomori. Yako was still against it while Shijima looks sad. Mitsuba was still confused.

But who are they to go go against their leader's choices. That is their second and last option if anything goes wrong. In the end, it will still save the school.

This second option will also be the reason of the school seven mysteries' permanent disappearance.

Aoi opened her eyes, she quickly sat up to see that she was lying on a boat, a blanket rested on her shoulders and she was surrounded by flowers. "Where...I... Why I'm in such place...?"

"You woke up?" Aoi look up to see the reaper, stirring the boat.

"You're the one just now...!"

"Hmm?" Number six approached her. "That tone... Yeah you seems to be able to see us."

He reached out his claws making Aoi panic and hid under the blanket in fright. "No..Don't come near!"

Flowers popped out of the reapers closed claw making Aoi stared at it in confusion. "...Flowers?"

The reaper's skull mask tilted, indicating that he was ready to question her. "Don't like this?"

The flowers in his hand suddenly wilted. "Ah... Sorry I don't like this. Because I can't touch anything alive."

Aoi look even more confused.

"Seems we've given you a fright... But I have no choice, we need to correct the boundary between life and death. You're... The blood of Kannagi-sama is required." The reaper said.

"..Me?" Aoi asked.

"Yes." Number six took off his mask, revealing his face. He was handsome. He had pointy elf like ears and horns. He smiled gently at her. "Right here...You shall be our sacrifice..."
