"There's something....I wanted to talk to you three about..." Yashiro told them, holding a piece of paper close to her chest.

"What is it?" Hanako asked. Hatsume detached herself from the young exorcist's leg.

"To be frank..." Yashiro remained quiet for a few seconds before showing them what's written on the paper. She look like she was about to cry. "Finals are around the corner!"

The three flinched. Kou grabbed his hair in frustration. "Finals! I totally forgot about them!"

"Who would have thought that time would go by so fast while were in that world..." Yashito sniffled.

"Who even cares about doing finals and all that junk...?" Hanako commented.

"Hey! Exams are really important to students who wants to graduate and get a stable job." Hatsume told him. Puffing her cheeks in annoyance. "Like you're not a student before. You used to beg all the time for me to tutor you."

Hanako gave her a cheeky grin. Rubbing his neck in embarassment.

"What Hatsume-chan, said!" Yashiro agreed. "If you get poor grades at our school, you'll have to go through all sort of tutoring! In my case, if I were to get low scores on all my subjects, I would have to go through tutoring, even during the summer!

I won't be able to come and clean the toilets!"

Both Hanako and Hatsume gasped at the thought. Well Hatsume was more concerned of her friend's grade.

"If that were to happen to me..." Yashiro began drifting into her own little world. "NO! DON'T ME A TUTORED-DAIKON!"

"Senpai, please calm down." The ball of sunshine known as Kou, tried his best to calm down the girl his heart was beating for.

"Yashiro." Hanako grabbed the human girl's shoulder making her turn to face him

'Don't tell me... He has some sort of magic tool that can help me get perfect marks on my finals...?' Yashiro thought, hopeful.

"Study hard."

She deadpanned. "............................Yeah......"

"Nene-chan, I could help you study if you want?" Hatsume volunteered making Yashiro sparkled.

"Really?!"

"Yeah. I mean, I tend to go through classrooms and listen to lectures whenever I have free time." Hatsume chirped. "So I'm aware of some of your subjects, Nene-chan."

"I'll help you too, Senpai!" Kou exclaimed, moving his arm in circles.

"Kou-kun!"

"Boy, are you safe for the finals?"

"I'm not!"

"I could tutor you too, Kou-kun! If you want to, that is."

From outside the bathroom, Minamoto Teru stood. Leaning on the wall as he eavesdropping through the four's conversation.

"Finals, huh..."

《Seven days until finals...》

"Hey, Aoi..." The president of the student council called, he gave the orange haired boy one of his usual charming smiles. "How about the two of us indulge in a little contest?"

"How about no?" Akane answered, not really looking at the blonde and continued going through some books.

There was an awkward silence.

"Aoi...." Teru leaned in closer.

"No."

"I didn't even say what yet."

"And the answer will be no, yet."

"Just let me talk-" Teru tried again.

"No can do."

The exorcist prodigy sighed and stood up. He then took off his bracelet. Just as Akane turn around, he felt the beads wrapped around his body, hanging him upside down from the ceiling.

"This is abuse of your power, You ass!" Akane cussed making Teru laugh.

"So, the winner of our match will be the one who gets the higher score when adding up all of our subjects." Teru explained. He then gave Akane a mischevious handsome but devilous smile. "The loser must listen to one command, whatever it may be, that the winner decides upon. How's that sound?"

"Anything?!" Akane asked in shock.

"If we tie, I'll give the win to you." Teru added.

"How suspicious... Just what are you planning here?" Akane squinted his eyes on  the student council president.

"Hear me out before you kept talking- I just want us to do our best on the finals." Teru assured him. "After all, wouldn't it be bad if the president of the student council got poor marks?"

"As the undefeated top scoring student, yiy shouldn't worry."

"The same could be said for you." Teru retorted. Letting go of the beads making Akane fall into the ground. "Still, I won't force you to if you refuse."

"You're such an asshole..." Akane wheezed.

"But again, if you won't humor me, then I'll have to find some other way to keep myself busy... How about..." Teru stared at Akane directly into his eyes. The exorcist has a dark but smiling expression as if taunting the present clock keeper. "What was her name again....Akane-san? That cute girl."

Akane's eyes widened in horror.

"If I were to confess to her.... What kind of face woulf she make?

"What?!" Akane look alarmed. "Don't you find that a bit low?! You want to compete with me that badly?!"

"Yup!"

"You son of a-!!!" Akane composed himself, finally, giving up. "Fine, fine. I'll do it. That's what you wanted, right? Considering you're going this far. I can't say I'm excited to see what you have in store for me..."

His eyes widened. "Wait....Don't tell me, you plan to still aim for her?!"

Teru only gave him a dark mischeivous grin.

"Don't stay quiet!"

"Well, then. It's time for me to go home and study." Teru said as he picked uo his things and left the student council office.

Images of Aoi started flashing through Akane's mind. From kindergarden to middleschool. Until She was now wearing her wedding dress.

'Akane-kun! Guess what? Actually, I'm.... Getting married to Teru-senpai!'

Akane let out a scream, when the image of the devil Teru came into his mind, giving him a victory smirk.

《Six days until finals...》

'Who would have thought that Hatsume-chan's tutoring session were actually super strict and scary' Yashiro thought as she entered her classroom. Completely drained as Hatsume floated next to her, wearing a white headband saying 'Fighting!♡' with a long ruler in hand.

The two girls paused when they saw a crowd forming around Akane's desk.

"Aoi... What's going on here?" Yashiro asked her friend.

The girl gestured her to look only to see Akane studying like a mad man. He let out a screech. "I WON'T LET IT HAPPEN!!"

Hatsume got a little concern for the present clock keeper's mental health.

"He seems to be going for full marks on all subjects this time round." Yamabuki Lemon said as he snapped a picture on his phone.

"Yamabuki-kun..." Aoi turned to face him.

"What? Don't tell me you said something like Seeing full marks would be so cool  or-"

"No, I didn't say anything." Aoi defended.

"Wait, Aoi-chan, you didn't say anything to him?!" Yashiro asked in shock. She turned to the orange haired boy. "Akane-kun is really going all out, huh?"

Aoi approached hi. "Akane-kun!"

"Ao-chan?" Akane paused from his hardcore study session.

"If you study without taking breaks, you'll get sick, you know?" Aoi smiled. "Wanna go for a walk with me to lift up your mood? We can go to the front garden."

Akane eyes lifted up. He wss about to accept her offer but remembered his challenge with Teru. With a heavy heart, he sat back on his seat. "No..I- I need to keep studying. I'm sorry, Ao-chan."

"HE SAID NO TO HER OFFER?!" Yashiro exclaimed in shock.

"IS THE WORLD DONE FOR?!" Yamabuki began snapping photos like crazy.

Hatsume just floated there confused.

《Five days until finals...》

"NO!! CAN I TAKE A BREAK?!" Yashiro cried as Hatsume tried to pry her off the bathroom door. "All I've been doing is studying!"

"Nope! You asked for my help and I'm giving it to you!" Hatsume told her. Determination firing through her (e/c) colored eyes as she kept pulling her friend's ankles.

"But you kept hitting my hands with a ruler when I get the answers wrong!"

"Nene-chan, you were getting distracted! You were paying attention on your dating games rather than your study guide!"

Hanako watched everything unfold from his place on the bathroom window. 'I remembered when this was me...'

He shivered when he felt the menacing aura around his girlfriend. He was starting to feel sorry for the poor human girl.

《Four days remain...》

Inside the Minamoto Residence, Kou was giving all he got as he answered on the test his brother provide for him. "Ough! I ain't gonna lose!!!"

He then handed his test to his brother who was sitting across him, holding their little sister, Tiara. "Teru-nii!! Please, check this for me!!"

"That was fast..."Teru began checking his paper. "Let's see how much you got done with..."

2. When piercing one's (Torso).
[Causing trouble in good times]

"How is it?!" Kou asked, his eyes sparkling.

"....Keep doing your best, Kou." Teru told him, his smile didn't falter even for a little bit.

《Three days remain...》

".....Hey, Tsuchigomori." Hanako was now laying on the spider teacher's desk, trying to persuade him "Wanna tell me the answers to Yashiro's exams?"

"Yeah, can't.." Tsuchigomori deadpanned.

Hanako just kept pestering him.

"HANAKO!" The said boy then flinched when the door of the room swung opened, revealing a scary looking ghost known as Hatsume. She gave him a menacing glare. "Leave Tsuchigomori, alone! Nene-chan must do her exams, fair and square! And that means no cheating!"

Fox Yako was unaware of what's happening around her. Even after the male seventh's scream of terror as his other half dragged him out of the room by his ears.

《Two Days remain...》

Yamabuki Lemon went through his phone, not really bother to study. He kept tapping on the screen. "Gotta kept...Going..."

《Night before finals》

Aoi closed her book and stretched. She then look out to her window to see Akane studying making her smile.

"Good luck, Akane-kun~"

"Everyone got a test paper and answer sheet, right?" Nagisa asked his class. "Okay then, We begin when the chime go off."

The bell rang.

"Start!"

"Let's start with the easy ones..." Yamabuki muttered to himself, staring at his test paper.

'I need to pass...I won't allow my torture from Hatsume-chan be in vain!' Yashiro thought, carefully answering hers.

'This is the day I've been working so hard for. To the point where I even rejected Ao-chan's offer...which means- I'll win against that power-hungry bastard and save Ao-chan from his filthy gasp!!' Akane started scribbling like crazy. "I'll get him for sure!!"

"Aoi, be quiet." Nagisa scolded him.

A loud booming laugh came from the student council office making a few passing by student flinch.

"Check it out, Asshole! Full marks in all of my subjects!" Akane showed him his test results in victory, which was a perfect score of 500. "I'll bet you got fulk marks too, but a draw is my win!"

"Wow! All full marks..." Teru clapped on his achievement. "That's amazing, Aoi!"

"I save your wedding, Ao-chan! Now, pres'" Akane cheered. He turned to Teru with a smug. "It's your loss and the loser has to do what ever the winner says."

Teru stopped clapping. He crouch infront of Akane. "I suppose it can't be helped..."

"Oh? Aren't you a bit eager! That's a nice pose you got there, pres'!" Akane took out his phone, laughing. Unaware that the exorcist was unsheating his katana sword."I'll snap a few shots of you while at it, okay? Now to make sure the rest of the school sees this..."

Teru swung his sword. But luckily for Akane, he manage to dodge it.  "The hell are you doing?!"

Teru slammed his foot on the wall, right next to Akane's head. "But I thought that-" Teru showed him his test result. "The loser has to do what the winner says??"

"Wh-" Akane's eyes widened. Teru's total score was 502. "What?! Wasn't 500 the max!"

"In this school, students recognized personally by teachers are able to get extra credit." Teru explained. "This was an english essay I did. A good system, don't you think?"

Akane started shivering as Teru leaned in closer and smiled. "What did you say about the photos again?"

The sound of lightning and Akane's scream echoed from the office.

"Now then, seeing as I've won, I have a favor to ask you, Aoi." Teru said, staring at the present clock keeper's toasted body on the floor. "Are you listening?"

"...yEs...."

"In the near future, It seems like my younger brother will come to you for help." This caught Akane's attention. The exorcist prodigy continued. "When that comes, I'd like you to lend him a hand."

Akane look confused as Teru smiled. "Huh?"

"To be more specific, Please do all that you can. Use all of your powers, and protect my little brother.... That's all... I expect much from you, vice pres." Teru smiled as he leaves the room. Not before tossing Akane's test results. "Take another glance at your report card. You're rank two in your grade."

"YOU'VE GITTA BE KIDDING ME....!" Akane exclaimed in shock as he rechecked his card. "Just who the heck..?!"

Turns out... Aoi was the one who's first.

《Meanwhile at the girl's bathroom...》

"I don't have to take extra lessons!!" Yashiro cheered. Kou fist bump the air since he passed as well.

The two mystery was congratulating them, Hanako threw confetti on the two while Hatsume wore a party cone hat with a small banner that says 'Congratulations! Nene-chan! Kou-kun!'

Sorry if the ending is a little rushed....
But can we all take a few seconds to admire this Handsome devil known as Teru Minamoto?
