Lisa was tapping her foot impatiently. When Jennie finally arrived we walked into the mall.

"Sorry yoga ran late." she said

"I know, it always does." Lisa said irritated "We are going to be running a little late." she said to her brother over the phone.

My blood boiled thinking about Jimin. He was perfect. By looks that is. The only thing that's the problem is he is Lisa's brother. She told me only a little about him. He is a dancer and has a love for music. He doesn't date often or at all but many girls love him. He is shy and loving. I'm looking forward to this kind of guy. But I have to get myself all dolled up first. And there went my fortress protecting me from all the boys of the world. Too bad I have been only seeing cute ones lately. My mind went back to the waiter at IHop.

"All right. Should we go to Forever 21? Macy's? Target? Rue 24?" Jennie asked

"Old Navy" I answered

"Old Navy?" They echoed in surprise

"I'm quitting one of my jobs. The smoothie shack. Josh works there so money won't be flowing in as nice."

They grumbled but followed along. I'm looking for something nice not something to show up in the BBMA's.
I eventually found an outfit while Jennie found too many outfits and Lisa picked out a hat she out on that read 'swag'. She could pull that look off especially the cute look. It was one of her advantages of training to be a rapper.

After Old Navy we got my makeup done the 'party look' style. I didn't like it for an first impression meeting Jimin, but the party was in a couple of hours.

We had finished off our lunch when Jimin arrived the time we had scheduled.

"Hey," I said nervously as he was better looking in real life, and just a little taller than me. Perfect.

"Hi there" he said with the cutest eye smile. He was wearing a white sweater that looked clean and soft with black jeans and timberlands. Stunning.

"I'm April" I said offering my hand for him to shake it.

The girls groaned and I remember this wasn't a business meeting. I hadn't gone on a first date in four years and my other first date wasn't a real first date. We just hung out and eventually Josh kissed me and- another rabbit whole. I felt a lump in my throat. I couldn't keep thinking of him. I had to have my mind in the right state when I faced him tonight.

He took my hand and instead of shaking it he pulled me in, in one fluid motion resting his arm over my shoulders.

Lisa was obviously triggered, but she wanted me to get this plan over with more than anything.

I instantly blushed past the maekup on my face and I wondered if he could feel the heat from my cheeks. He was warm and my fortress was burned by his hotness.

I didn't say anything but he knew I content under his arm as we walked towards the smoothie shop.

"Two strawberry and banana" he said.

"How did you know?" I looked up at him smiling

"I study phycology and you smell sweet like strawberry and banana," he winked " and your outfit and body language lead me to a correct guess?"

" Yes, absolutely. That's amazing. I said flattered" he was perfect. Too perfect.
He paid for both then pulled out my chair from underneath my table indicating for me to sit.

I sat down with as much grace as I could to look pleasant. By this time Jennie and Lisa were long gone leaving me alone with Jimin. But I'm pretty sure they were camped out somewhere, Lisa ready to pounce if I touched her brother, not that I would....I think.

"So tell me about yourself." He said
I was trying to get the words out but his cute yet sexy face was so distracting. She said he was shy, he didn't seem shy to me. I started to wonder if he knew this is a fake date....

" Me? Oh. I.... I have three jobs. Well two now cuz, uh....well now two. My ex....." I choked.
" I'm sorry, I meant to say..... I'm April."

He laughed and smiled at me. Not in a mean way, but in a cute way. "You're cute" he said.

That made my head swim even more. I was trying to find words but they stopped at my lips. I covered my mouth before blurting out 'NO YOU'RE CUTE!'. That made him chuckle a little more and then he started talking.

" So, Lisa's never talked about me? She's always been overprotective. Older sisters you know?" He said smoothly.

"Yeah I totally get it. I am an older sister to my younger brother so I get Lisa's point. And she's talked about you, but not your age, or face....." Rambling. I was doing it again. And obviously showing I was interested, which isn't good when you first meet someone.....I think.

"How old are you?" He asked
I forgot my age falling into his eyes. Ridiculous. He was seducing me with sumbliminal face expressions. He repeated his question making me feel extremely dumb.

"I'm seventeen. And you?" I said.

"I'm seventeen too." He smiled, then glanced at his watch. "I like you. I feel really comfortable going to the party with you tonight. I have to go now, time really flies when you are having fun. But I can't wait to see you tonight. "
I was at lost for words. Again. He had to go so early? I looked at my watch and I realized that it had been an hour and thirty minutes of sipping my smoothie and choppy conversation. I think I stared for a good forty minutes.

" Yeah, I can't wait to see you. I love you too. I MEAN I LIKE YOU TOO!!" I almost passed out. WHAT did I just say?!!!!!

He ran his fingers through his orange hair and and stepped close to me. I thought he was going to kiss me so I prepared my lips but he let out a cute laughed and hugged me.

I had let myself fall into the moment. I was crazy thinking he would kiss me. Why had I even gotten myself ready? Oh, becuase he leaned in so close! He started to walk away and I missed him already.

"You'll see him at the party." Jennie said placing a hand on my shoulder startling me out of my skin.

"Things looked pretty comfortable over there, too bad I forgot to tell him it was a fake date." Jennie said

Lisa grabbed her arm. "What?! What he did was genuine?! Omagosh Jennie you got to tell him! He'll get hurt!"

"I know, but wait after this date. We need things as real as possible."

Lisa and I looked at each other in disbelief.
"Until then" Jennie went on "let's prepare for the party."
