Yumi's POV:
The beautiful sound of taxi's driving by while also blasting their loud,obnoxious horns woke me up this early.
Of course that is me being sarcastic however because the splitting migraine that is forming inside my head isn't caused by classical music of course.
It wasn't the smell of coffee brewing from the coffee machine in my kitchen,speaking of coffee who the fuck is making coffee at this hour-
"Babeee! You want coffee?" Mingyu screams as he opens the bedroom door.
He acts like if I'm still asleep but I'm here slumped over and covered in sheets,as I silently hope the morning sun won't penetrate through the curtains.
Matter of fact,I don't want him to open them at all today.
"Mingi I'm awake headass!" I say groaning as the migraine persists.
He slips under the sheets and notices me rubbing my temples,as I try to soothe the pounding feeling in my head.
He removes my fingers from my temples and replaces them with his as he gently rubs circles on them.
"I'm sorry.." he says softly and I pout.
"I'm sorry for calling you a headass" I say frowning at the fact I acted like that.
"You didn't call me a dick so you're okay.." he says as he taps my shoulder.
"What?" I ask him and he smiles at me.
"Lay down." He says his voice laced with honey and he's careful not to speak too loud this time.
"Why? I'm in too much pain for-"
"No no silly..." he says shaking his head.
"It's just...a massage" he adds and raises a eyebrow at me.
"Unless you want.."
"MINGYU!" I say and groan when the sudden outburst I let out causes the pain to return.
He chuckles and flips me onto my stomach.
He carefully places a pillow for my neck and climbs on top of me.
He places his warm hands on my cold skin causing goosebumps to appear on my golden skin.
"You always get nervous around me...don't cha?" He asks me cheekily knowing the answer is mostly yes.
"I sense tension in your arms and head so imma get rid of that right now.." he says and starts rubbing deeply into my knots that I formed in my body.
The feeling is so surreal that I can barely form words instead small moans of relief escape my mouth and I feel a familiar stiffness on my ass.
"Are you seriously getting turned on right now?" I ask him whining.
"I'm sorry!! You were moaning!!" He says blushing red and attempts to correct himself by closing his eyes but it makes the situation worse.
I flip over onto my back startling him and he notices my face has changed.
"I'm assuming the migraine left huh?" He asks me smirking.
"Shut up and kiss me" I say and grab him by his shirt.
I pull him closer to me and smash my lips onto his.
He doesn't bother fighting back but rather melts away in the kiss as I take full control and my fingers wander through his wavy locks.
His hair has gotten longer since my birthday so I can grab way more hair than ever.
"Baby-" he pants in the middle of the kiss and I pull apart to hear him out.
"What's wrong?" I ask him.
"I wasn't done with your massage please...we can continue this tonight but I wanna make you feel better" he says and I smile lightly.
"Some of the migraine is leaving already Mingi,you always know how to take care of me but right now..I wanna do this" I say as I tug at his shirt signaling him to remove it.
He takes it off and as soon as his shirt drops to the floor I go to kiss him again when his phone starts buzzing.
I try to distract him but he gets off of me.
He pulls the sheets off of us both as he tries to run to the phone.
"Hello?" He says
"Ah yes! Hi ,Professor Winters" he starts.
I listen in on the conversation and hum quietly.
It's out of anticipation,I'm hoping he'll hang up quickly so we can return to what we were doing prior to the call.
"6:30? at Antonio's? Ok I'll be there!" He says
"Can I bring a guest?" He adds glancing over at me while he's on the phone.
God the view of his sculpted back is breathtaking.
I gulp when I catch myself drooling.
"Ahh...okay. I understand" he says and I raise a eyebrow at him.
"Well I'll be there! Alright,Bye" he says hanging up finally but now I have my arms crossed over my chest.
My bottom lip is sticking out as I'm pouting and huffing.
"Baby..I have some plans tonight with my professor and I can't take you with me unfortunately don't be a big baby about it!" He says as he attempts to rip my arms off of my chest.
"When was our last date?" I ask him and he sighs.
"I know baby,I'm sorry about my schedule.." he says lowering his head.
"Trust me I would be in your arms all day,I would be like this...all day if I could" he says glancing down at my thighs.
Refusing to make eye contact with me.
He runs his finger up my thigh and I jump at the sudden feeling.
The oversized t shirt I'm wearing is like a makeshift dress at this point.
I didn't even bother wearing a bra or panties underneath last night.
I mean I'm wearing one of his shirts,you know?
I stole it from his bag that he brings every time he sleeps over which has become almost a everyday thing.
Why even bother having a separate apartment?
"I still have plenty of hours with you silly...so it's all on you." He says.
"All on me for what?" I ask him.
"On what you wanna do for all these next few hours.." he says smirking and that's when I pull him back to his previous spot and I wrap my legs around his waist.
I tug at his hair playfully and he moans lowly.
Assuming it was out of pain,I stop.
He takes my hand and puts it back in his hair.
I look at him speechless at what I'm looking at and he smirks.
"You unlocked a new side of me babygirl.." he says and it comes out sounding more like a growl.
I smile as I'm left with no words again.

~ 5:35pm ~

I smirk as I watch my tired boyfriend attempt to button his dressy black shirt.
"I tired you out?" I ask him as I lay at the edge of the bed.
"Says the woman who can't make it out of the bed" he says winking at me.
"Not fair." I say and he leans down to kiss me gently.
"Don't start..something you can't finish" I say placing my thumb on his lip.
"You're insatiable...I mean look at you!" he says referring to the fact I'm giving him bedroom eyes.
"You made me like this..." I say smirking.
"I'll be late if I continue like this with you" he says as he gets up to finish his shirt.
I stand up from the bed and although I struggle to walk a few simple steps over to him.
I stand in front of him and remove his hands from his shirt.
I start buttoning his shirt fast & when I reach the collar I can't help it but inhale the sweet musky scent of his cologne.
"Eros?" I ask him and he smiles wickedly.
"How did you know?" He asks me.
"I can smell it on you..leave the room unless you want me to go feral" I say wrapping my arms around his neck.
"Later sweetheart,this dinner I can't miss it." He says.
"Why? Your teacher will punish you for it?" I ask him teasingly as I mess with his hair.
He sighs and tries to fix it.
It's long enough to be in a man bun which is exactly the style he has right now going on.
"It's my law professor I gotta impress, not only the professor but the entire class because they are going to be there!" He says as he fixes his man bun.
His strong arms flexing through the skin tight shirt.
"Why is your shirt so tight on you?" I ask him staring too hard at his biceps.
He notices me staring and places a finger under my chin to lift my face up to his.
"I've been working out lately and I can see you noticed" he says smirking.
"How can I not?" I say smirking back at him.
"I swear you're in for it when I get home tonight" he says.
"I can't wait" I say and place another kiss on his lips before walking to the bathroom.

~ 11:00pm ~

I type a text to Mingyu as I'm here working to finish the PowerPoint presentation I was supposed to do earlier this week.
But I'm a procrastinator,never a early bird with projects with these kind of projects.
"Umi💗: How's the dinner? I miss you 🥺"
I send it and wait for a reply.
After a few minutes I take a break to eat some cereal,I already ate dinner earlier and I don't have any leftovers because Melody came over.
She always eats whatever is leftover...
She had to return however because Kyle called her over and she ran for him.
I look at the text I sent and see it still says Delivered.
Why isn't he looking at his phone?
Ahh I can't get mad! It's a dinner for his school!
I can't bother him while he's there.
As I eat I mindlessly open twitter and notice I've been tagged multiple times by fans of my dad who watched me grow up and now are fans of me.
I stumble upon photos of a blonde haired woman holding onto Mingyu's arm at a restaurant and they look all giddy together.
Now I shouldn't get all pissed off,but the reaction I let out is entirely emotional and nothing more than that.
I throw the phone across the phone in a fit of rage.
I place the cereal down and start screaming.
Obscenities leave my mouth.
I shove my head into the pillow and scream into it.
The anger consumes me so much,that while I'm yelling I haven't noticed yet that the tears are  slipping down my cheeks.
It feels endless the feeling,it feels like my heart has been torn apart and ripped out of my chest.
The rumors all over Twitter with the headline.
"Socialite Mingyu Kim spotted with unknown woman after going public with Yumi Jeon! Are the lovebirds in trouble?"
Fuck the media and fuck Mingyu.

~ 12:30am ~
I'm laying down in bed sniffling and crying.
I hear the front door unlock and in comes the man I never thought I would be so angry at.
"Babyy!! I'm home!! Where's my princess?" He says loudly looking for me.
He opens my bedroom door and I cover myself in the sheets.
"Baby...don't tease me like that-" he says but freezes when he sees me refusing eye contact with him.
"What's wrong?" He asks me.
"Funny you ask me! DID YOU SEE TWITTER?" I say my voice laced with attitude.
"No...why?" He asks me as he doesn't even bother asking me why I have a an attitude.
"THIS." I say shoving my phone in his face and his eyes widen when he reads the headline.
"Baby...that's my teacher." He says
"Sure and I'm Ariana Grande.." I say sarcastically.
"Baby she is!!" He says begging for me to listen to him.
"You never said your teacher was a female" I say crossing my arms.
"You never asked..." he says now visibly upset too.
"You really think I would cheat on you? I'm not like that other guy you were with! Trust me I personally wish he never got to have access to you like that and fuck you over like that but what's done is done!" He adds.
He knows my ex took my virginity but never showed he was visibly upset about it until now.
"Mingi-"
"He may have stolen something I wish I could've had the honor of having with you,which is our actual first time together but I know he could never compare to me...I fucking love you don't you see?" He says now tearing up.
"It fucking eats at me when you're upset with me,because I swore I would never be like him and the fact you think I'm similar to him drives me crazy" he adds.
"Mingi..." I say but he cuts me off again.
"I even bought you leftovers,Antonio's was closed so we went to a pizza shop instead and the whole delay of switching restaurants caused us to eat dinner at around 9-10pm and I got here late because all the guys got drunk so I had to drive them home" he says.
"Mingi...I'm so sorry that my jealously took over." I say frowning and he lifts my chin up.
"I love you,so so fucking much. Please don't think I don't and please don't think I would ever hurt you like that.." he says as a tear rolls down his cheek.
"Mingi come here" I say and I hold him tightly in my arms.
"I don't wanna lose you again Umi,you're my queen" he says sniffling and I close my eyes as I tear up again.
"You're not gonna lose me! I'm here don't you see? I didn't break up with you now did I?" I ask him.
He shakes his head and he leans in close.
Our noses touch and our lips are so close we can almost taste each other.
"I wanna make it up to you please" I say pushing him gently onto the bed and I climb over him.
"Baby you don't have to..."
"But I want to" I say kissing down his neck as I leave small love bites behind.
"Let's not fight anymore.." he says
"I promise we won't" I say and he looks at me like as if I'm the one who starts them always.
"Ok I promise I won't assume anything without asking you first" I say and he smiles.
He sits up slightly as I'm still on top of him.
"Lay down silly! I'm taking care of you!" I say trying to push him back down.
He grabs my hand and kisses it.
"I wanna see the view from here" he says and smashes his lips onto mine.
I let out a breathy moan when he slips off my top.
Leaving me bare on top of him.
He traces his fingers across my body and stops at my neck.
He kisses down my neck like I did to him .
However he doesn't leave any love bites.
"My queen don't need marks to know who's hers" he says in my ear seductively.
"Because you already know who is yours" he adds placing my hand on his pants.
I unbutton his shirt and reveal his toned chest.
He takes off his pants and underwear.
He goes to reach for the nightstand to grab a condom and I stop him.
"Baby.."
"I know but I'm on the pill" I say and the sound that comes out of him sounds unreal.
His eyes darken and instead of me being on top of him.
He flips me over and prepares himself.
But he stares deeply into my eyes.
"Are you sure? I can't really reverse anything from this point on.." he says and I nod silently.
"Words. I have to know if I have consent for this" he says.
Always a gentlemen,even when it comes to lovemaking.
"Yes please" I say and he taps my legs.
I wrap them around his waist.
I grab onto his shoulders as I kiss him passionately.
Our moans being swallowed by the kiss.
Well I think we made up,quite well...

We're now on Book 4 and it's about Yumi's adult life as she struggles with school,a bubbling acting career and her somewhat non-existent love life.
In this chapter,we see Yumi & Mingyu's relationship hit turbulence temporarily when they find they barely can go on dates anymore due to their schedules.
She and Mingyu bring the steam as they can't seem to keep their hands off of each other recently.
Warning this chapter is more spicer than the other steamy chapters in this book.
I've returned from the dead after a break for a while,it was for mental health purposes!
