How did the story start and why?

Well, the beginning didn't actually start from the first chapter. I might have to explain it an extra chapter. However, this has been mentioned, twice. That Valentina had a series of dreams in one night, where she woke up 7 times. Each dream she had was one night of what happened. I hope that makes sense.

Valentina mentions in the first chapter about this premonition and she slowly starts to remember the rest of her dreams as the story progress.

Why did it start?.... Well... I actually have no idea. The whole idea of premonitions and dreams first came to mind, because I have a lot of dreams with hidden meanings behind them. But I really don't have a straight forward answer for this.

I guess the story had to start from somewhere...

What was the reason why the devil fell for Valentina?

The devil is just a creature, who defies god. We all know that. However, he didn't actually liked her in that way... it was lust and greed. Valentina prayed to god for her ambitions to come back to her, but the devil interfered and wanted to act like god to over power her. That was mainly the beginning part of the reason... However afterwards... The devil (the king) wanted a queen to fill up the hole in his heart. That way, he will have more power over god.

Why did Valentina lose inspiration in the first place?

Well, Valentina had a job to paint and she would sell them. However, she stopped since she was 5 months pregnant with Emma. She always had the desire to paint the last 7 Canvases that were in here room, but she never got to paint.

I mean, as a creator/artist myself... I've already lost inspiration to draw and it happens when u don't spend as much time on it as you did before. Since she became a mother she couldn't find the motive nor the inspiration to paint.

If Liam wished for his family to be alive and safe, why did they all die?

This is referring to when he spoke with the "angel"... no it was not an angel it was the devil in disguise. The devil uses mind tricks on all of these characters. And one of them was giving them hope. In this case, Liam was given a chance to wish but he could also ask for one more thing... and that was for the "angel" to take care of Valentina's  soul even if they did die.

See... Liam thought about it both ways.

He wished for two things:

One: After 7 days everyone should stay alive.

2: unless the angel doesn't grant it, he'll have to grant this wish; That Valentina's soul must be taken care of in heaven with the angel.

And if you know... Valentina's soul ends up in hell with the devil.

The devil tried to make Liam believe that his family was going to survive, only to fall into despair on the last night. He basically lied to him and it was part of the Devil's plan to kill them, since they're already dead... just living through a nightmare.

What did the devil mean by "valuing death"?

The devil wanted everyone to appreciate death because that is the ultimate goal of life. However, in this case, the devil wanted Valentina to love death as of she loves him. It was a way for her to confess to him and he'll make her his wife.
In the end, Valentina gives up on life and gratified death. Which made the devil so happy.

Will there be a sequel?

Well, considering that everyone is dead.... Who knows? Maybe... maybe not... I feel like I want to, however I have another book to update called "CHANGE" trust me, of u liked this book, you'll love that one!

If I manage to get alot of reads on this book... I'm not gonna set a goal coz it seems very impossible then... I'll write a sequel! I promise!

Also, I started writing this story out of nothing... I don't even remember where I got the idea from... But I'm glad most of you liked it!

Just to clarify a few things about this story.

●Valentina had dreams which predicted the events that happened.
●Everything that you read, every night, was all a dream and everyone was already dead. Except Valentina.
● The devil, the angel and the angel of death are all the same person. Satan.
