Jungkook laughed at his boyfriend and their newly adopted dog. Yeontan (the dog) bit Taehyung's shirt, not wanting the boy to leave.

"Tannie! It's babe time." Taehyung whined and gently tried to push away the upset puppy.

"Let's just bring Yeontan with us," Jungkook said and tried to lift the dog but Yeontan barked at him, making the boy take a step backward.

"How dare you arf at me?" Jungkook said before squishing the dog's cheeks, "Come on now, Tae. We're late." He added.

"Yeah, okay, Kookie." Taehyubg lifted the dog slowly and bounced Yeontan in his arms, "But why are we late? We're just going to our favorite place." He said.

Jungkook chuckled, "You'll know, baby." He said and grabbed the basket with their food and blanket for their dinner picnic.

They made their way towards Jungkook's car and went inside.

Taehyung and Jungkook sang the lyrics of their favorite song on the top of their lungs, Yeontan occasionally howling when the chorus comes.

"Why are you always glancing at me, Kookie? Focus your eyes on the road. I don't wanna die young." Taehyung laughed.

"Oh, sorry, love. You just look so beautiful, I can't take my eyes off of you." Jungkook said, making the other blush and looked outside the window.

"You cheesy bunny." Taehyung giggled.

"Your cheesy bunny." Jungkook smugly said and placed a hand on Taehyung's thigh.

Jungkook's phone notified loudly, making Taehyung raise a brow, "Who's that, Kook?" He asked and was about to get the phone until the raven-haired male stopped him.

Jungkook chuckled nervously, "It's nothing, Tae. Don't worry..." He said.

"W-we're here!" Jungkook exclaimed and hastily opened the door for Taehyung.

"Damn, slow down, Kookoo." Taehyung giggled and looked at the male weirdly.
Jungkook held the boy's hand and jumped slightly when he felt the familiar spark that they always feel whenever they hold hands.

"Oh, sorry, love." Jungkook apologized and kissed the boy's knuckles lovingly.

Jungkook typed his phone and glanced at Taehyung who's busy placing the blanket on the ground for them to sit.

They are on a hill that gives them a beautiful view of the sky. Green healthy grass is enough for them to sit on but they decided to bring a blanket (used as a mat) for the food they brought.

"Wow, the moon looks so beautiful." Taehyung stared at the sky in awe while Yeontan barked in agreement.

Jungkook chuckled and sat beside the boy, "Cliché, but you look more beautiful love." He kissed the boy's temple.

The cold fresh wind blew their hair in different directions. The sound of crickets can be heard. Fireflies flying freely and gracefully around them.

"Oh my gosh, Tannie! Spit out the chocolate! Do you wanna die?" Taehyung scolded and opened the dog's mouth in panic.

Jungkook laughed when Taehyung sighed in relief after Yeontan spat the chocolate out.

"Do not do that again, dummy." Taehyung clicked his tongue.

Jungkook held the silver-haired male's hand gently, taking the boy's attention.

"Taehyungie... You know that I love you, right? I love you with all my heart and soul. You are meant for me and I am meant for you. My life had been so cold and grey before I met you. Whenever I see you, I feel like I'm in heaven, like I'm home. That's simply because wherever I am, as long as I am with you, I'm home." Jungkook sincerely said, eyes staring at Taehyung's teary ones.

"I am so thankful that destiny chose us to be with each other. And that our different marks on our wrist are not a barrier of our love. I love you so much and I'll love you forever." Jungkook placed his forehead on Taehyung's.

"You are mine and will always be mine. My heart belongs to you and my love will always be aimed at you." The younger said and cupped Taehyung's cheeks.

"I want to be with you forever, do you feel the same way?" Jungkook asked.

Taehyung smiled, tears started to fall from his eyes because of the immense amount of happiness fluttering inside his chest, "Yes, Jungkook. I w-want to be with you eternally." He said.

Jungkook captured Taehyung's plump and soft lips with his. Their eyes automatically closing as their lips danced with each other passionately.

They pulled away, eyes staring at each other. The younger stood up and pulled Taehyung with him.

"Taehyungie... Look at the sky." Jungkook pointed at the sky and Taehyung obliged.

A loud sound can be heard before words started to form in the sky.

Taehyung gasped and looked at his lover, his eyes teary once again.

Jungkook kneels down while his hand grasped a small box, showing an elegant ring.

"Taehyung, the love and light of my life, will you marry me?" Jungkook said with a smile, maintaining his eye contact with the elder.

Taehyung covered his mouth in shock, eyes glistening with tears, "Y-yes... Yes!" He exclaimed and Jungkook put the ringer on Taehyung's slender fourth finger.

Jungkook stood up and engulfed the elder into a warm hug, "I love you, I love you, I love you." He chanted, tightening his arms around the other.

Taehyung buried his face on Jungkook's neck, "I love you, too. Very, very, very much." He said.
