Chapter 12 - Go With Her or Whatever ✨

           Taehyung's eyes fluttered open but instantly shut close because of the sunlight aiming right at him.

The brunette slowly sat while rubbing his eyes and yawning afterwards. He didn't have to rush since he woke up half an hour before his alarm.

Taehyung grinned knowing today is a special day. He stood up abruptly but then sat once again since his vision turned black while doing so. The brunette learnt his lesson and stood up slowly and took long strides towards his purple themed bathroom.

After doing his morning routine, he left his room with a happy heart, excited to go to school. He cooked himself an omelette and prepared his milk with ease.

He was eating until a familiar vibration echoed across the room. The brunette picked up his phone and his eyes lit up as he saw the message he's waiting for.

Taehyung's smiled faltered slightly as he waited for a specific message to come.

Taehyung shook his head and continued eating his meal.

Taehyung grinned widely as he went to a familiar ravenette leaning against his locker and talking to a pretty girl.

"Hi, Kookie!" Taehyung pecked his boyfriend's cheek and beamed afterwards.

"Oh hi, Tae" Jungkook said as if it's a normal day while giving Taehyung a smile.

Taehyung diverts his attention to the girl Jungkook was talking with earlier.

"Hi, I'm Ji-yeon." she extended his hand to the brunette with a friendly smile.

"I'm Taehyung, Jungkook's boyfriend." Taehyung said while holding on her hand, emphasising the word boyfriend.

Ji-yeon pulled her hand away from him, still wearing her smile.

"I guess i'll be going now, bye, Kookie!" She waved at them and started walking towards her assigned room.

Kookie? He doesn't let anyone call him that unless their close or something...

Taehyung turned to Jungkook with a confused look. "Who is she, Kookie?" he asked while tilting his head sidewards.

"Oh, just a friend of mine." The ravenette replies nonchalantly and started walking towards their classroom, not forgetting to hold Taehyung's hand.

The brunette frowned at Jungkook, as if asking him if he forgot something.

"What? What's with the attitude, Tae? It's seven in the morning..." Jungkook squeezed Taehyung's hand gently.

"Do you know what today is, Jungkook?" Taehyung asked with small voice.

"What do you mean, Tae? Today is Wednesday..." Jungkook furrowed his eyebrows while looking at the brunette.

Taehyung stayed silent as he hear his heart shattering into million pieces.

You really don't remember, do you?

The bell rung loudly, signaling everyone that it's now lunch time.

Taehyung and Jungkook walked towards the door.

"Kookie!" they turned towards the high pitched voice. Ji-yeon launched towards Jungkook, tackling him into a tight hug.

Taehyung stood silently watching his boyfriend hugging another girl.

"Can you come with me to the library, Koo? I still need to submit a homework but i don't know how to answer it. I'm assuming that you can help me since you have a smart brain." she giggled while fixing her grey hair.

Jungkook looked at Taehyung, silently asking him if he could go with her.
The brunette nodded while biting his lips.

"Thank you, Taehyung! Come on now, Kookie~" she pulled the ravenette with her, leaving a silently sulking Taehyung.

The brunette slowly walked towards the cafeteria with heavy heart.

"Taebear!" the aforementioned male immediately snapped his head towards his bestfriend's voice.

Jimin stood behind him with his soulmate by his side, their hands interlocked with each other.

"Why are you alone, Tae? Where's Jungkook?" Jimin asked while walking towards his gloomy friend.

"He's with a friend." he said trying not to sound upset. "Okay? Come on, I'm hungry." the coffee head dragged his friend with him towards the cafeteria.

After spending an hour with the lovey dovey YoonMin couple, lunch time came to an end and they needed to go to their respective rooms for their first period.

Taehyung sat on his chair with a confused look on his face.

Jungkook, isn't here. Where is he?

Taehyung fished out his phone, dialing the ravenette's number.

(I - Jungkook)

After a few rings, Jungkook's voice can be heard.

"Hello?"

"Uh, Hi kookie. Class is about to start. Where are you?"

Taehyung asked with hushed voice since Mr.Marway is already placing his laptop on the table.

"Oh u-uhm I'm currently in th-the--- Ugh,more,Kook!" A familiar feminine moaned on the other side of the line.

Taehyung scrunched his nose with sadness and anger.

"You're still with Ji-yeon?" He asked,voice lowering dangerously.

"N-no, I mean yes--"

"Okay, enjoy."

"Wait, Taeh--"

[Call Ended]

Taehyung furiously slammed his phone on his desk, creating a loud thud which made everyone look at him with confusion and concern.

"What?!" Taehyung glared at everyone as they hurriedly avert their attention from the angry brunette.

"Mr.Kim!" Mr.Marway said in a stern and loud voice.

He huffed as he bit his lips harshly, not wanting to cry in front of everyone.

"Hey, what happened?" Jimin said in a quiet tone while sitting on Jungkook's seat.

"Nothing." Taehyung said, not sparing his best friend a single glance.

"It's not nothing, Tae. Please tell me." Jimin rubbed Taehyung's back soothingly. The brunette sighed and closed his eyes.

"Jungkook." he blankly said, but the coffee head understood what he was trying to say.

Taehyung tend to break down when he's mad and if you ask him what happened. He'll talk but in the middle of the explanation, he'll cry for the longest time. Even if he's not that upset anymore, the tears will continue to fall like a waterfalls, he just can't control it, so he decided to keep his mouth shut for now.

"We'll talk about it later." Jimin said and pecked Taehyung's temple to calm him down, which worked obviously.

"Spill..." Jimin said. The class already ended and the two is headed towards the brunette's house. Yoongi said he can't come with them since his mother is calling him for an emergency.

"I just can't believe that Jungkook actually forgot about our first monthsary! It's like not an important and special day for him! And he's with his girl space friend named Ji-yeon who I heard moaning on the fucking phone, Chim. I can't believe he has the guts to do that to me! Maybe Ji-yeon is his soulmate, like his official one. I don't know. Argh. It really hurts, Chim. Really h-hurts...I..." Taehyung stopped rambling and bit his lips harshly, wounding it. The grip on the strap of his bag tighten as the tears threatens to fall from his eyes.

"Shh, It's fine. Maybe it's not what you think it is, Tae." Jimin wrapped his arms around his friend's shoulder.

Jimin opened the door for the both of them. Taehyung sobbed as he slowly sat on the sofa.

The coffee haired male went towards Taehyung's closet, pulling out a purple and red silk pjs.

Jimin tossed Taehyung the purple one.

"Hurry! You'll feel better in it!" Taehyung stared at his best friend with confusion written all over his face but obliged anyways.

The coffee head wore the red pjs, not ashamed of stripping in front of Taehyung since they're close.

Jimin sat next to the upset male and embraced him with a pout. "I'll slap him when i'll see him, how does that sound?" Jimin said but Taehyung shook his head vigorously.

"No, don't be a meanie, Chim." Taehyung sniffled and tightened his arms around his best friend.

"Ugh fine, just stop cryi--"

The lights turned off which made them yelp in surprise. "Wh-what's happening, chim?" Taehyung said in a scared voice.

"Shush, Tae...I think i heard something.." Jimin trailed off.

"Don't scare me, Chim!" Taehyung buried his face on the other's chest. Scared for his dear life.

"I-I'm not, Tae..." Jimin said quietly.

The door bursted open, revealing two masked guys walking inside with a gun in their hands.

"Get them" the other said as he went towards the trembling brunette.

What the fuck?

Taehyung saw nothing but pitch black. Hands tied but not really tight which didn't hurt. His eyes blindfolded and mouth wrapped with a handkerchief. It smells nice, manly, and familiar.

He thrashed around while desperately screamed which turned out muffled.

"I swear to God, when i come home
I'm gonna hold you so close."

The brunette froze as he listen to a very familiar voice.

Kookie?

"I swear to God, when I come home, I'll never let go."

The blindfold covering his eyes is gently pulled away so he could see the surroundings.

A room with purple theme. A guy in a bunny mask singing.

(just imagine that it has aesthetic disco lights, and a "Happy 1st Month of Love, my world" instead of the alphabets.)

"Like a river, I flow

The guys pulled his mask away from his face, exposing his breathtaking features.

Jungkook

"And I need you know that we're fallin' so fast, we're fallin' like the stars,fallin' in love." His nice and soothing voice echoed the room along with the romantic instrumental.

Taehyung's eyes watered with happines and relief.

"And I'm not scared to say those words with you, I'm safe.
We're fallin' like the stars,fallin' in love." Jungkook sang with a fond smile on his face.

Jungkook untied the thin cloth from the elder's mouth gently, he's afraid that he'll hurt his lover.

"K-kookie." Taehyung stuttered as he desperately tried to free away his hands from the clothing.

The ravenette also untied Taehyung's wrist gently.

"I swear to God, every day.
He won't take you away.
Cause without you, Tae,
I lose my way."

Jungkook held Taehyung's hands, feeling the spark run through their system.

Taehyung stood up, hands still interlocked with his beloved boyfriend.

"Oh, I'm in love

Taehyung giggled while Jungkook placed the brunette's hands on his shoulder and his hands on the other's waist.

"And I need you to know that we're falling so fast,we're fallin' like the stars, fallin' in love." They rested their foreheads against each other with Jungkook still singing.

"And I'm not scared to say those words with you, I'm safe.
We're fallin' like the stars..." Jungkook brushed his nose against the brunette.

"We're fallin' in love." They slowly inched towards each other. A tear left Taehyung's eyes as he felt the others lips on his.

Their lips molded against each other passionately. It's ecstatic for both of the males but they needed to pull away because of the lack of oxygen.

"I-I thought you cheated o-on me, Kookie." Taehyung said, wrapping his arms around the ravenette's neck.

"Of course not, bub. She's my cousin." Jungkook chuckled while he tightens his arms around the brunette's waist.

Why didn't you effing tell me?

"B-but when I called--"

"I don't know why she did that though, I was so nervous when she moaned and I literally panicked!" Jungkook said, in a fit of laughter.

"Don't leave me, okay, Kookie?" Taehyung nuzzled his nose on Jungkook neck, inhaling his manly scent.

"I will never, Tae. Ever." Jungkook kissed Taehyung's crown.

The song 'Living Proof' by Camila Cabello started to play. They swayed to the sound of the song with their eyes holding so much love for each other.

"I love you, Koo." Taehyung whispered.

"I love you too, petal." Jungkook said lovingly.

I'll love you for the rest of my life.
