You're the new girl
Calum
I carefully walked through the school, clutching my books tightly to my chest. Being the new girl was never easy, but it was made worse by the fact that I moved around constantly, so I could never make friends.
"Fresh meat!" I turned around to see a group of guys smirking at me.
"Excuse me?" I scoffed. They grinned at each other before one of them stepped forward and walked towards me.
"You're new, right?" he grinned.
"What's it to you?" I asked, only making his grin widen.
"Wow, fresh meat has attitude." He smirked, continuing to walk towards me.
"I'm not a piece of fucking poultry." I smiled sarcastically. He chuckled.
"Okay, then. What would you rather be called? Babe? Princess? Bitch?" he grinned.
"How about you leave her alone?" I looked to the side to see a stunning guy standing there.
"Why don't you fuck off, Hood?" the first guy spat.
"That's not going to happen, Smith." He shrugged before turning to me.
"Come with me, I'll show you to your classes." He smiled. I quickly walked towards the boy and he smiled as we started to walk.
"What's your name?" he asked.
"Y/N." I spoke.
"Nice name. I'm Calum." He smiled.
"You want to sit with my friends at lunch?" he asked.
"Um, I don't like getting close to people." I shrugged.
"Why not?" he asked.
"I'm constantly moving, there's no point." I sighed.
"Can't I be an exception?" he asked hopefully.
"I guess." I smiled gently.
"Awesome." He returned it.
Luke
I sighed as I looked down at the map of my new school. I couldn't believe that it was so big that I needed a map to find my way around. I looked down, trying to find my class. Suddenly, I bumped into someone and my sheets spread across the floor. I sighed as I bent down to pick them up.
"Shit, I'm sorry, sweetheart." I looked up to see a guy with stunning blue eyes next to me, helping me gather my sheets.
"It's okay, I'm a clumsy girl." I chuckled.
"No, it was my fault, I'm not that steady myself." He smiled, making me return it.
"You new?" he asked.
"Is it that obvious?" I smiled as we stood up.
"You've got a map of the school, only new students need that to navigate around this shithole." He chuckled.
"I'm glad that I have a map, this place is fucking massive." I sighed.
"You want me to show you around?" he asked.
"Sure." I nodded as we started to walk.
"So, where are your friends?" I asked.
"They're in the music room. There's only four of us, we're not really the popular guys." He shrugged.
"Can I hang out with you?" I asked. He looked at me.
"Why would you hang out with us when you can be in with the popular groups and not be a reject?" he chuckled.
"Well, I'm not exactly popular. Also, I'd rather hang out with music nerds than girls who sleep around and guys who treat them like pieces of meat." I sighed.
"Hey!" he laughed.
"Sorry." I chuckled.
Michael
I walked along a corridor, not knowing where I was in the school. I sighed as I looked at the map.
"Piece of shit." I muttered as I continued walking.
"You lost, princess?" I turned around to see a blue-haired boy standing here.
"What, no, why would you think that?" I laughed sheepishly. He gave me a questioning yet still amused look.
"Yeah." I sighed. He smiled as he walked up to me.
"What's a pretty girl like you doing in music?" he chuckled.
"Oh, so that's where I am." I nodded.
"Yeah. You going to answer my question?" he smiled.
"Looks can be deceiving. I may look like your typical cheerleader, but I'm really a complete music nut." I chuckled.
"You are not." He laughed.
"Yup, I am." I smiled.
"What do you play?" he asked.
"I sing." I nodded. He looked at me.
"You don't say." He spoke.
"What?" I chuckled.
"My friends and I, we've got this band, but none of us want to be the lead singer, what do you say?" he asked.
"Just because I can sing doesn't mean that I do." I chuckled.
"Oh, come on, give us a chance." He smiled. I sighed.
"Alright." I nodded.
"Awesome. Follow me." He smiled as we headed into a music room.
Ashton
I walked into my new class and looked for an empty seat. I walked down the aisle and sat in one near the back. I got out my things and waited for the class to start.
"You're in my seat, sweetheart." I looked up to see a guy who looked like a jock standing over me.
"I don't see your name on it." I smiled sarcastically.
"Wow, bitch has attitude." He scoffed.
"Yup." I muttered.
"I told you to get out of my seat." He spat.
"And I said no." I retaliated. Suddenly, his hand wrapped around my throat and he forced me up.
"You're new here, I get that. But that's the only reason that I'm not going to crush your throat right now." He spat.
"Get the fuck off of her." I looked to the side to see another guy standing there.
"Or what?" he scoffed.
"This." He smiled before punching the jock's jaw. I coughed as he fell to the floor.
"You okay?" the guy asked.
"Yeah, thanks." I sighed, rubbing my neck.
"What's your name?" he asked.
"Y/N, you?" I asked.
"Ashton. Nice to meet you." He smiled.
"Thanks for helping with that ass." I chuckled.
"No bother. He's a fucking nutter." He smiled, making me laugh.
