You have a teenager (He's not the father)
Calum
I stood in front of my mirror, applying my lipstick before heading down the stairs. My eyes widened as Lilian was sat on the sofa, doing homework.
"Babe, what are you doing here?" I gulped.
"Thanks, mum, love you too." She scoffed.
"No, it's just that you were meant to be going to Anna's, and I don't think you should be here when my boyfriend comes around for the first time." I spoke.
"Yeah, why not? Is he someone I know? Is he someone I won't approve of?" she chuckled.
"Both, babe." I replied, making her laugh. Suddenly, the doorbell rang.
"Just promise that you won't freak out." I winced. Her eyebrows furrowed.
"Who the hell are you dating, mum?" she chuckled. I sighed before opening the door to reveal Calum.
"Hey, babe." He smiled before kissing me.
"Hey." I returned.
"You know my daughter." I sighed as Lillian walked out. Her eyes widened.
"Hey, Lillian." Calum smiled.
"You're dating my teacher?!" she scoffed. I sighed and nodded.
"But...why?! Do you want me to fail every paper once you break up?!" I exclaimed.
"Hey, babe, we're not breaking up, it's okay." I smiled.
"Anyway, my relationship with your mum will not affect your grade, I promise." Calum reassured. Lillian sighed before looking at Calum.
"When you're doing stuff to my mother, remember that I'm your student-."
"Lillian!" I gasped.
"I'm watching you." She spoke, narrowing her eyes at Calum before walking into the living room. I looked at Calum.
"I'm so sorry." I gulped.
"Don't worry about it. She's my student, this was bound to happen." He chuckled. I returned it.
"Let's go." He nodded before kissing me. I returned it.
"Stop kissing my mother!" I laughed as I broke the kiss.
"See you tomorrow, Lillian." Calum chuckled before he took my hand and led me out.
Luke
"Did you have a good time?" Luke asked as we walked up the path to my house.
"It was amazing, babe." I smiled.
"I'm glad." He chuckled. I returned it.
"So, do you want to come in?" I asked.
"I'd love to." He smiled. I returned it before putting my key in the door.
"Oh, shit, wait." I spoke, turning around.
"What's up?" Luke asked, wrapping his arms around my waist. I sighed and rested my head against the door.
"You know that I have a son." I spoke, making him nod. I sighed.
"It's been just me and him for the past sixteen years. As much as I hate it, he's seen me go through heartbreaks and asshole boyfriends, and we're so close. A mix of those things has made him very protective over me." I spoke. Luke nodded and chuckled.
"Wow. A sixteen-year-old boy who's close to his mum. I thought I was the only one in that club." He smiled. I returned it.
"Yeah, I just...I'm sorry if he appears to be a dick. We know that we're serious, but he doesn't yet. So, just be warned." I smiled before opening the door and letting Luke in.
"Noah, babe, I'm home!" I yelled.
"Oh, good, I was beginning to wonder what that blond boy had done-." Noah stopped as he saw Luke.
"Noah, you know Luke, the blond boy." I sighed. He nodded.
"Nice to meet you." Luke smiled, reaching out his hand. Noah sighed and shook it.
"Oi, be nice." I spoke, putting my hand on Noah's cheek.
"But, mum-."
"Be nice." I smiled. He sighed and nodded. I returned it before looking at Luke.
"I'll call you tomorrow." He smiled before kissing me.
"See you." I returned as he left. I turned to Noah.
"You really like him, don't you?" he sighed. I looked down and bit my lip before looking back at him.
"I do, babe. I really do." I smiled.
Michael
"Are you sure she's going to be okay with me coming to pick her up with you?" Michael asked worriedly as I put my coat on.
"Babe, we're getting married, soon enough, you'll be the only one picking her up from school, she'll have to get used to it." I sighed. He returned it.
"Yeah, but she still doesn't like me." He muttered.
"She does, baby. She's just putting on the act of grumpy fourteen-year-old who isn't meant to like her new step-dad." I shrugged.
"You sure it's just an act?" he asked.
"I'm positive." I smiled before pecking his lips.
Michael and I stood in the car park, Michael leaning against the car as we waited for Taylor to come out of school. The school doors opened and she walked out. She sighed as she saw Michael.
"Hey, babe." I smiled as I took her bag.
"What's he doing here?" she grumbled, looking at Michael. He sighed.
"Okay, considering the fact that he's moving in next week, you need to drop this act." I spoke.
"And why should I?" she scoffed.
"Because evil step-dad man bought you a gift from Paris whilst on tour." Michael spoke. Her eyes widened.
"You got me a gift from my favourite city?" she asked.
"I did." He smiled, handing her the bag. She smiled as she looked in it.
"Thanks. Doesn't make us even, though." She spoke before getting into the car.
"Are you kidding me?" he scoffed.
"She'll be calling you "dad" in no time." I smiled, pecking his lips before getting into the car.
Ashton
I opened my eyes and yawned as I stretched out. I looked to my side and smiled as Ashton lay awake next to me.
"Morning, babe." I smiled. He looked at me.
"Morning." He sighed. My eyebrows furrowed.
"You okay?" I asked slowly.
"Of course I'm not. I'm meeting your son today." He gulped. I sighed.
"He's a lovely boy, Ash. Well, not a boy anymore, he is nineteen, but he's amazing, he's the only guy who's always been there for me, he would do anything for me-."
"What's why I'm afraid." He sighed. I returned it.
"Are you worried that he's going to think you're not good enough for me?" I asked.
"Honestly, yes." He nodded. I sighed.
"Look, you love me as much as he does. You would do anything for me. He's going to see that." I reassured. He sighed and nodded before kissing me.
Ashton stood back as I opened the door.
"Mason." I smiled as I tightly hugged my son.
"Hey, mum. It's good to see you, I missed you so much." He spoke, burying his face in my hair. I smiled before pulling away.
"Mason, babe, this is Ashton, my fiancé." I spoke.
"Nice to meet you, I've heard a lot of good things about you." Mason smiled as he shook Ashton's hand.
"And you. By the sounds of it, you've been an amazing son." He returned. Mason smiled before looking at me.
"Mum, I'm just going to put my stuff in my room. I assume it's still the same?" he asked.
"Babe, you know that I'll die before I change it." I smiled. He returned it before heading up the stairs. I looked at Ashton before wrapping my arms around his waist.
"He likes you." I smiled.
"Does he?" he asked sheepishly.
"Yeah." I reassured before kissing him.
