How he is with your teenage son
Calum
"How could you be so reckless?!" Calum yelled at Noah.
"I'm sorry! I just wanted to go out!" he retaliated as I walked into the kitchen.
"What's this about?" I asked.
"Our son decided that it would be fun to go out on a drive in the family car, even though he doesn't have a drivers' licence and ended up crashing the car." Calum explained. My eyes widened as I looked at Noah.
"What?!" I yelled.
"I'm sorry! I'll pay for it with the money I get from work." He sighed.
"You're fucking right you will." Calum spat.
"What made you think that that was even a good idea?" I hissed.
"It...doesn't matter." He muttered.
"Noah..." Calum warned.
"Fine. There's this girl that I like, and my competition is a jock, who can drive and who has a really nice car. I thought that if I showed her that I could drive, I would have more of a chance." He sighed. Calum and I looked at each other.
"Jesus, Noah. You can have been hurt, or worse, killed." I sighed, taking his face in my hands and checking for any injuries.
"I'm fine, mum." He smiled softly, gently taking my hands away.
"Fucking hell, son. Right, you're not paying for the car, because that'll take too long, but you're grounded for a month." Calum decided.
"But dad!" Noah whined.
"Honey, your dad is not in a generous mood, that's the best deal you're going to get, take it and walk away." I warned. He sighed before leaving the room.
"Wow." Calum muttered. I nodded, agreeing with his simple statement.
Luke
I walked into the music room to see Will sat with a guitar on his lap and Luke sat opposite him, moving his fingers to the right places on the frets.
"And move that one...there you go." Luke muttered.
"What are you guys doing?" I asked, causing them to both look up at me.
"Will wants to impress Ash's daughter." Luke grinned. My lips curled into a smile as I came and sat next to Luke.
"Aw, my baby's first crush!" I squealed.
"Mum, please." Will mumbled.
"Okay, I'm sorry, I won't say anything." I chuckled as Luke kissed my head.
"Okay, start strumming." Luke instructed, making Will start. Luke and I looked at each other as smiles spread across our faces.
"Son, you're a natural!" Luke laughed.
"I am?" Will grinned.
"Yeah! You give your dad a run for his money." I chuckled.
"Awesome." He smiled.
Michael
"Come on, Chris, you can do better than that!"
"Dad, will you shut up!" I walked into the living room to see Michael and Chris playing video games. I took a seat on the sofa as I watched them play.
"Who's winning?" I asked.
"Dad." Chris muttered as Michael smirked at me.
"Come on, baby, you can't let your old man beat you." I chuckled.
"Hey, I'm not old!" Michael protested.
"Er, dad, you are. You're like, forty-five, or something." Chris spoke, eyes still glued to the screen.
"Oi, I'm only forty-three actually." Michael chuckled. Suddenly, he jumped up and started cheering as Chris buried his head in his hands.
"Yes! I win! Ha, ha!" he yelled. I chuckled at my boys.
"Urgh, fine, whatever." Chris mumbled.
"I think that I deserve a reward, babe." He smirked at me before giving me a wink.
"Okay, that's my queue to leave." Chris spoke.
"Take your sisters with you." I spoke.
"ER! I DON'T NEED COMFIRMATION THAT YOU GUYS ARE ABOUT TO...YOU KNOW!" he yelled, making Michael and I laugh.
"Take my wallet and stay out for at least an hour." Michael mocked.
"WILL YOU STOP?!"
Ashton
I sat on the porch with Scarlet as I watched Ashton and Simon play basketball. Simon grabbed the ball and weaved around Ashton before shooting and landing the ball through the net.
"Wow, Si, you're good, you've got your mum's talent." Ashton chuckled as I walked onto the drive to join them.
"Mum used to play basketball?" he scoffed.
"Yeah. I was quite the shot in my day." I nodded.
"How about we have a match then? Me and dad against you." Simon suggested.
"A 5'6 woman against two six-foot guys? That's hardly fair." I whined.
"What's wrong, babe? You scared?" Ashton mocked, making me smirk at him.
"You wish." I grinned as I grabbed the ball and started to run with it.
"Hey! We didn't say start!" Simon laughed.
"Tough!" I yelled.
"Simon, you'll get to the left side, I'll get the right, we'll corner her." Ashton directed. Ashton rushed to me and wrapped his arms around my waist, picking me up as I squealed.
"Now, Simon!" he yelled. Simon laughed, grabbing the ball off of me before shooting and scoring.
"Well done, son." Ashton chuckled as he ruffled his hair.
"Don't touch my hair, dad." He groaned.
Calum
I sat on the sofa with Rhys, watching TV and just relaxing. Suddenly, Calum stormed in and looked at us.
"Rhys, what the fuck is this?" he asked sternly, holding up a condom packet to show his son. I looked at Rhys and his eyes widened.
"Erm...er...mum." He turned to me with pleading eyes.
"Answer your dad's question." I demanded as I stood up and went to Calum, joining him in staring down our son. He groaned.
"Well, there's a girl that I like, and I'm going to be sixteen in a month, so I figured-."
"You didn't figure anything, just because you'll soon be old enough to...do things, doesn't mean that you have to do them as soon as you become of age." Calum scoffed. I looked up at him.
"To be fair, when we were his age, we were doing...quite a lot-." Calum shot me a glare.
"Okay, I'll let you handle this." I chuckled. He sighed and looked back at Rhys.
"If I so much as find one of these slightly open, you will be grounded for a month." Calum warned, making Rhys' eyes widen.
"But, dad-."
"No, son. You don't even need these yet, so I can find no reason why one would be open." He shrugged. Rhys groaned before slumping upstairs. As soon as he was out of earshot, Calum turned to me.
"Just because we were doing things at his age, doesn't mean he has to." He sighed.
"It's okay, babe, you're just protective." I chuckled, pecking his lips before walking away.
Luke
I walked into the kitchen, where Luke was stood at the stove.
"Where's Noah?" I sighed.
"I don't know, he said he'd be home in time for dinner." He shrugged. Suddenly, his phone rang. He quickly got it out and held it to his ear.
"Noah, where the fucking hell-." His eyes widened as he looked at me.
"My apologies, officer, I thought you were my son." He gulped. My eyes widened.
"Yes, we'll be down there as soon as we can. Thank you, officer." He nodded before hanging up the phone.
"Our son has been arrested."
Luke and I sat in the car with Noah in the back. I sighed as I looked at him through the rear mirror.
"What the fuck possessed you to drive without a licence?!" Luke spat at his son. Noah sighed.
"Dad, it doesn't matter-."
"Noah Robert Hemmings, you will answer my question!" he yelled.
"Luke, hey." I spoke, placing a hand on his arm in an attempt to calm him down. He sighed and nodded, rubbing a hand over his face. I looked at Noah.
"Why did you drive without a licence?" I asked sternly.
"There was this party that I wanted to go to, and I thought that if the host saw I could drive, he would think I'm cool enough to be invited." He mumbled. I sighed and looked at Luke.
"Right. Well, we're putting your lessons off for a month so that you can't get your licence yet." Luke spoke.
"But, dad, that's not fair-."
"Noah, you know my rules, stop arguing now." He spat. Noah nodded and sighed as he sat back in his seat.
Michael
I walked into the headmaster's office and sighed as I saw Michael and Peter sitting in the chairs.
"Hey, love." Michael sighed as he stood up and pecked my cheek. I gave him a small smile before looking down at Peter. He kept his gaze on the floor.
"What did he do now?" I sighed, looking at the headmaster as I sat in the chair next to Michael's.
"Your son sent another student to hospital with a broken nose." He spoke. My eyes widened as I looked at Peter.
"You did what?" Michel spat.
"He had it coming." Peter mumbled.
"Oh yeah? How do you figure that?" Michael scoffed.
"It doesn't matter." He muttered.
"Yes, it does, you put a boy in hospital, Peter, that's serious, so tell us or we'll take away your driving privileges." Michael threatened. Peter groaned.
"I caught him and Sarah making out." He admitted. My eyes widened slightly and I sighed.
"Sarah, as in your girlfriend, Sarah?" I asked.
"Ex-girlfriend now." He nodded. I sighed and placed my hand on his shoulder.
"I'm sorry, Peter, but you can't just go around beating people up." Michael sighed.
"You get that, don't you?" I asked, making him nod. I looked at Michael and he sighed.
"Are we free to go with our son?" Michael asked. The headmaster looked at us.
"I'm assuming that Peter will be given an appropriate punishment-."
"How Peter is punished at home is up to my wife and I." Michael cut in.
"Very well, Mr Clifford. As for how we will be disciplining Peter, he will get a month's detention." He spoke.
"Okay. Thank you." I nodded as Peter stood up.
"Let's go." Michael mumbled, placing a hand on my lower back and leading us out.
Ashton
"Come on, it's really not that hard."
"That's easy for you to say, you dropped out of school!"
"No, your uncles did, I graduated."
"Oh, my god, I don't give a shit-."
"Hey, no swearing." I sighed as I walked down the stairs to see Ashton and Louis sitting at the kitchen table.
"What are my boys doing?" I asked, walking to them with my hands against my baby bump.
"I'm teaching Louis maths." Ashton smiled.
"No, you're trying to." He mumbled.
"Hey, how about you show me some appreciation? I could just let you fail." Ashton shrugged.
"Oh, my god, how about you just let me get a tutor?" Louis groaned.
"Because your sister is coming in two weeks and it's going to be way too hectic to have someone coming around every week to tutor you when there's a newborn in the house, we've been over this." Ashton sighed, rubbing his hands over his face.
"What, so, now the baby comes before me?" he scoffed.
"For the first few months, yeah, she will." I replied bluntly.
"Well that's just fucking brilliant." Louis mumbled.
"Hey! That's another thing, no swearing around your sister." Ashton scolded.
"Whatever." Louis scoffed before standing up and walking away.
"Hey, where do you think you're going?" Ashton shouted after him.
"My room, where the hell do you think?" he yelled back. I sighed and looked at Ashton as he stood from the table.
"I'm going to let you handle this one." I spoke.
"Good choice." He nodded, placing a hand on my bump as he walked past me and towards Louis' room.
