He's your brother and he defends you against bullying

Calum

I sat on my bed, writing notes and ignoring the endless buzzes coming from my phone that signalled the bullying messages. I sighed, going against my better judgement and glancing at one of the texts.

Unknown: You're such a fucking slut, no wonder nobody likes you.

I shook my head and sighed as tears pooled in my eyes.

"Hey, Y/N-." I quickly wiped my eyes as Calum appeared at my door.

"You okay?" he asked slowly.

"Yup." I smiled before going back to my notes.

"Okay...um, can I borrow your phone? Mine has died, and mum has my charger." He sighed.

"Sure, take it, burn it, smash it with a fucking hammer, do what you want." I sighed, focusing on my work.

"Okay...well, thanks, I'll get it back to you in, I don't know, ten minutes." He spoke before taking it and leaving my room.

"Y/N." I looked up to see Calum at my doorway again.

"What?" I sighed.

"How long as it been happening and why is it happening?" he asked. My eyes widened.

"I...I don't know what you're-."

"Cut the bullshit, Y/N, how long have you been getting those messages?" he snapped, but I knew that it was out of anger for the texts, not me. I sighed and stood up.

"Ever since someone spread the rumour that I slept with every guy on the football team." I admitted. His eyes widened.

"Oh, god, Y/N, why didn't you tell me?" he sighed.

"Because then you would make a tweet, or something about it, and the only thing that would make the situation worse is if my celebrity big brother made a tweet shunning those who bully me, which would do shit."  I spoke. He sighed and pulled me into a hug.

"Fine. But, if I see any more messages like that, I am going to smash that phone with dad's hammer and buy you a new one." He chuckled. I returned it and nodded before hugging him again.

Luke

I walked through the school corridors, clutching my binder closely to my chest. I dug out my phone and pressed "call" again on Luke's name before pressing the phone to my ear.

"Hey, It's Luke, sorry I can't get to the phone right now, but leave a message after the beep and I'll get back to you." I sighed as I waited for the beep.

"Hey, Luke, call me back, I need your keys because mum is out and I forgot mine-." Suddenly, my phone was punched out of my hands and I was shoved against the locker.

"Hey, baby girl." Kyle smirked.

"Get off of me." I mumbled.

"But what's the fun in that?" he grinned.

"If Luke sees you doing this to me, you're dead-."

"What's big brother Lukey going to do, huh? Get big brother Benny and big brother Jacky to come and get me?" he mocked.

"Don't you dare talk like that about my brothers." I spat.

"What would they do if they saw me kiss you, huh?" he asked. My eyes widened.

"How about we see?" he smirked before leaning in. I moved my face to the side, making his kiss land on my cheek instead of my lips. He stopped and looked at me before his expression turned angry.

"You're going to regret doing that, baby girl." He spat before raising his hand.

"Here are your options." Suddenly, Kyle was ripped off of me. I looked over to see Luke standing over Kyle, who was now lying on the ground.

"You can either walk away, virtually unscathed, or you can be wheeled away with two broken legs. Which one will it be?" Luke spat. Kyle looked at him with wide eyes before standing up and running away.

"Good choice." Luke yelled after him before rushing to me.

"Luke, I swear he came onto me, I didn't do anything, please don't tell Ben and Jack-."

"Woah, woah, calm down, Y/N, I know it wasn't you, it's okay." He reassured. I sighed in relief as I hugged him.

"Thank you." I muttered.

"Anything for my baby sister." He nodded, running his hands through my hair.

Michael

Michael and I walked along the street, eating cups of ice cream on our way home.

"So, how's school recently?" he asked, looking down at me. I shrugged.

"It's school. Nothing new." I mumbled.

"So...no new friends because of a famous brother?" he asked hopefully. I looked up at him.

"There have been attempts, sure, but I know the people who only want to be friendly towards me to get to you, and I'm not being friends with fake bitches." I shrugged.

"Well, good for you. I'm proud of you, little sis." He smiled.

"Yay." I chuckled. My eyes widened as I saw a group up ahead.

"Michael, could we maybe find another way home?" I gulped.

"We've lived here our whole lives, you know there's no other way home." He chuckled.

"Michael, please." I gulped. He looked down at me.

"What's up?" he asked. I shook my head.

"Y/N, what's wrong-."

"Hey, fresh meat." One of the guys from the group shouted, making the other chuckle and Michael's eyes widen.

"What the fuck did he just call you?" he spat.

"Nothing." I sighed.

"Y/N, hold my ice cream-."

"Michael, please-."

"I'm not letting you get that sort of shit." He decided before handing me his cup.

"Hey, dickhead." He yelled as he approached the guys.

"If I hear you call my sister anything like that again, I'll break your legs and then make you walk back to the pathetic hole you crawled out of. Am I clear?" he spat. They looked at him with wide eyes.

"Am I fucking clear?" he snapped. They nodded before slowly walking away. Michael smiled at me.

"Michael." I sighed.

"You knew that I'd do that." He chuckled before hugging me.

Ashton

"Hey, slut."

"Y/N, you're so fucking ugly."

"No wonder you've got no friends."

"Do yourself a favour and don't come back tomorrow."

I ignored the abusive shouts and yells as I walked quickly to Ashton's car. I opened the door and climbed in before shutting the door and just staring ahead.

"Y/N, you okay?" Ashton asked.

"Yeah." I mumbled.

"No, you're not. What's wrong?" he asked.

"Nothing." I shook my head.

"Y/N-."

"Just fucking drive." I spat, looking at Ashton. He looked at me sympathetically.

"What's wrong?" he asked. I sighed and looked at my hands.

"Just people saying things...about me." I shrugged.

"Saying things like what?" he asked.

"Ashton, please don't make me say the comments again." I choked. He sighed and wrapped his arms around my body, pulling me into a hug. I clung into him and cried into his shoulder.

"Don't worry, I'm going to help you, those assholes will get what's coming to them." He promised.

"That sounds so bad." I chuckled slightly.

"Yeah, well, they made my baby sister cry, they're not going to go unpunished." He reassured. I nodded before leaning back in my seat.

"Let's go." He spoke before starting to drive.
