He's a superhero and you're a villain (Marvel version)
Calum (Hawkeye)
I ran through the collapsing building, trying to get away from Calum.
"Y/N, please! Wait!" he yelled as he chased after me. I gasped as suddenly, an arrow soared past my head and impaled the support column that I had just passed. My eyes widened and I looked at him.
"You did not just try to shoot me." I spat as he pulled another arrow out of his quiver and loaded it into his bow.
"No. I was trying to stop you. Join us, you'll be okay." He nodded as he slowly walked towards me, making me walk backwards.
"I can't. Loki will kill me if he finds out that I betrayed him." I shook my head.
"We'll protect you. You're practically one of us now, you'll be okay, I promise, just, please, come with me." He spoke, putting his bow away and extending his hand. I gulped.
"Please. Join me." He nodded. I shook my head and started to sprint towards the broken window at the end of the building.
"Y/N! No!" Calum yelled as I jumped and started to fall. My eyes widened as an arrow with rope attached flew past me before wrapping around my waist. I screamed as it jolted, stopping me from falling. I looked up and groaned as Calum appeared at the window before starting to pull the rope, pulling me up.
"Can't just let me die, can he?" I mumbled as I dug out my knife and started to cut away at the rope.
"What the fuck are you doing?!" Calum yelled.
"Let me die! He'll kill me if he knows! I'm dead either way!" I shouted back, sawing away at the rope but sighing internally as I was nearly at Calum.
"He won't. We'll protect you, I'll protect you." He nodded as he pulled me up.
"No." I shook my head as I finally cut through the rope.
"No!" Calum yelled. I gulped and looked up to see Calum leaning over the broken window, his hand grasped around mine being the only thing stopping me from falling to my death.
"I promise that you will be safe. Loki can't hurt you anymore, I promise. But you have to let me save your life." He spoke, looking at me with desperate eyes. I gulped and looked at him.
"You promise?" I asked.
"I promise." He nodded. I sighed and returned the nod before putting my other hand on his arm, letting him pull me up and into the building. Calum groaned as I rolled in, making us lie next to each other as we panted heavily. He looked at me.
"I promise that you will be safe. I'll make sure of it." He nodded, gently taking my hand and making me smile.
Luke (Captain America)
I drove my foot into Spiderman's chest, sending him flying back into rubble. I turned around and my eyes widened as Luke's shield flew towards me. I gasped as it hit me straight in the stomach and sent me flying back into another pile of rubble. I gasped for breath, trying to push the shield off of me as I regained my breath.
"Guys, I have her." I looked up and groaned as Luke walked towards me.
"Get this fucking this off of me." I spat as he stood over me.
"Maybe if you didn't side with Loki, I wouldn't have to hit you with it in the first place." He shrugged as he took it off of me, making me cough as air filled my lungs again.
"Tell me where he's dropping the bomb." He nodded. I shook my head as I stood up, holding my stomach.
"I can't." I spoke. He clenched his jaw as he walked towards me and grabbed my throat, making my eyes widen as he lifted me up slightly.
"Luke." I gasped, my hands grasping his.
"Millions of people will die if you don't tell me, so you better fucking talk." He spat.
"I can't tell you because I betrayed him...I betrayed him before he could tell me...I don't know." I gasped, kicking my legs out as my lungs got tighter. Luke's eyes widened as he dropped me, making me fall into the rubble again as I gasped for air.
"Guys, we have a massive problem." Luke spoke into his comms.
"Not as big as your problem. Loki dropped the bomb." Michael's voice sounded. Luke's eyes widened as he looked at me.
"Luke." I choked, looking up. He followed my gaze and his eyes widened further as the bomb fell rapidly towards the earth, heading right for us. He gulped as he grabbed his shield before rushing to me. He grabbed me and pulled me into his body before placing the shield above us.
"Why are you saving me?" I asked. He looked at me and sighed.
"You betrayed Loki. If we survive this, you're one of us now." He nodded, looking into my eyes. I gave him a small smile as I hugged him, closing my eyes as the bomb landed on us.
Luke (Captain America - did two lol because why not)
I sat in the interrogation room, my hands cuffed to the table as I slumped back in the chair. The door opened and Nick Fury walked in, followed by Luke. My eyes widened as I rose to my feet as best as I could whilst being handcuffed.
"What the fuck is he doing here?" I spat.
"We're all aware of what you're capable of. Hence Captain America's presence." Fury nodded. I rolled my eyes as I sat back down, Luke and Fury sitting opposite me.
"Good to see you, Y/N. Just unfortunate circumstances." Luke gave me a small smile.
"Fuck you." I mumbled. He sighed and looked at Fury.
"You want to handle this stubborn-ass villain?" Fury asked. Luke nodded, making Fury sigh as he stood up and left the interrogation room.
"You have no idea how much I want to kill you, and the others." I nodded.
"Well, I hope you change your mind, because the only way you're escaping with your freedom is to join the Avengers." He admitted. My eyes widened as I slowly rose to my feet.
"You are not serious." I spat, feeling my eyes changing colour as I gained power.
"Y/N, don't do this." He shook his head, also rising to his feet.
"Luke, I will not join you, I will not protect the people who betrayed me." I snapped.
"Y/N, they will shoot you if you don't calm down and I don't want to see you die." He spat back.
"They can fucking shoot me!" I yelled before ripping my hands up, breaking the handcuffs and launching myself towards Luke. I gasped as he also launched himself at me and grabbed my throat before pinning me to the table.
"Luke, do you need help in there?" Fury's voice sounded over the intercom. He looked up and raised his hand at the two-way mirror.
"I'm okay, I can handle her." He reassured before looking at me.
"This is your only chance at freedom, Y/N, so I suggest that you take it." He nodded. I sighed, my hands cupped around his hand.
"Whose side are you on? Because if you're not with us, you're against us." He warned. I gulped.
"I'm with you." I whispered. He sighed and nodded before getting off of me and helping me sit up.
Michael (Ironman)
"Listen up, fuckers!" I yelled as I shot a bullet into the air, making the hostages scream.
"I have three bags big enough to fit one million dollars into each of them. You will fill all three bags, and for every ten minutes that they go unfilled, a hostage dies. And I can kill people in more ways than with just my gun." I smirked, letting the electricity dance in my palms.
"You won't kill anyone." I smirked and turned around to see Michael landing swiftly on the ground in his iron man suit.
"Long time, no see, old friend." I nodded.
"I'd hardly call us friends." He scoffed before raising his hand and firing. The force hit me in the stomach, making me fly into the wall as the hostages gasped and screamed.
"Now, it's a party." I smirked as I stood up and shot back at him with my electricity. He raised his hands again, blocking my energy with the energy from his suit. My eyes widened as his energy started to overpower mine.
"Michael, stop!" I yelled.
"You brought this on yourself. You started this, but I'll finish it." He nodded before making his power stronger. My eyes widened as it suddenly exploded against mine, making me fly back and out of the building, making a window break as I flew out of it. I landed in the street, groaning loudly as people gasped and ran away. I looked down and let out a shaky breath at the sight of the piece of glass impaled in my waist. I whimpered slightly and rested my head against the road as I started to close my eyes.
"No, Y/N, keep your eyes open." I opened them slightly to see Michael landing next to me.
"Shit." He mumbled as he gently took me in his arms.
"FRIDAY, show me the damage and give me her vitals." Michael ordered.
"The glass missed vital organs, but she's still bleeding internally, meaning her heart is getting weak. She'll be dead within an hour if you don't get her help." She spoke.
"Fuck." He mumbled before picking me up.
"Michael, let me die. That's what's best for everyone." I whispered, making him look at me.
"No. You can still be saved, you can still join us, I'm not going to let you die." He reassured as he put me onto a stretcher.
"Michael, please." I choked. He sighed and gently put his hand against my cheek.
"You're going to be okay. I promise." He nodded, giving me one last small smile before I closed my eyes.
Ashton (Thor)
I walked among the rubble, looking around. I gulped as I couldn't see anyone anywhere, just destroyed buildings and carnage for miles around. I looked up and sighed as storm clouds started to block out the sun, telling me that Ashton was on his way.
"I'm in so much trouble." I mumbled as I saw him start to emerge from the clouds, surrounded by electricity. He landed and raced towards me.
"Ashton, I'm sorry, I did exactly what you told me to-." He took my face and smashed our lips together. My eyes widened but I immediately kissed back, holding his face as his hands moved to my waist. He broke the kiss and touched our foreheads.
"He did it. He snapped half of all life out of existence. I was just so scared that you'd been one of them." He whispered, a tear leaving his eye. I sighed and shook my head as I held his face.
"I wasn't. But, Michael and Luke are gone." I admitted quietly.
"So is Calum." He nodded, another tear leaving his eye. I choked and looked down.
"I did everything though. I betrayed Thanos, I made sure that Gamora didn't go with him. I don't know how he got the final stone." I shook my head.
"It's okay, it wasn't your fault. It's none of our faults. We need to find the others, though. Surely we can't be the only two left." He spoke.
"I think we are." I nodded. He looked at me.
"What?" he choked. I shook my head as tears left my eyes.
"Peter was here, so was Strange. They were here, and now they're gone. Dust." I cried. Ashton sighed as he hugged me tightly.
"It's okay, we'll figure this out. But for now, we need to get out of here." He nodded. I returned it before holding onto him as he started to swing his hammer. As soon as it had enough power, he raised it and launched us into the sky, away from the demolished city and away from the dust of our now gone friends.
