"Well, hello." I say

"Umm hi." The spiky-haired man says shifting uncomfortably to his other foot.

"Wait were you eavesdropping on our private conversation?" Lucy asks and I raise an eyebrow also interested in the answer.

"Well, not technically..." Lily begins

"Oh? Then how do you explain standing outside the door and listening to what we were saying?" Lucy asks going all FBI mode.

"In all fairness, you guys talk extremely loud for two short girls." Gajeel huffs out.

"Lies!" I shout.

Lucy just laughs and pushes past the three of us making her way down the hall.

"If you need me I'll be with Natsu. Get everything worked out alright." She waves her hand and gives me a quick over the shoulder smirk before disappearing down the stairs.

"What's up with blondie?" Lily asks

"I wouldn't tell you even if I knew." I admitted

I turn towards the two who have become strangely uncomfortable who's mood spreads like wildfire and I find myself looking at the wall shifting my weight from one foot to another. I glance over at them seeing them do some sort of wordless exchange with their heads and shoulders. I watch them confused, amused, and entertain as they get into some sort of an argument.

"As much as I am entertained by this exchange of knowledge without exchanging a word I have a slight feeling I am somehow tied into all of this and I would like to know why." I comment

"You kissed Lily." Gajeel blurts after a very long awkward minute

"Um, he kissed me." I correct before adding "But, you know, whatever floats your boat."

"You left that part of mate!" Gajeel screams at Lily who just shrugs his shoulders Gajeel balls his fist and looks like he's going to punch him. I jump between the two and hold up my hands.

"No no no no no. I will not have anyone committing any felonies in my house!" I yell

"It'll only be a felony if I get caught." He mutters through gritted teeth.

"Jeez mate, I don't understand why you are so upset." Lily says "I know you like the girl but you were taking forever to admit it. I figured a small kiss no harm done and you would finally do something about it metalhead."

Both Gajeel and I look at him blinking a few times. I look back to Gajeel who has a light pink blush dusted across his cheeks and I can feel mine heat up.

"Okay so I'm going to leave you two alone because you need that time but if I hear any sounds even hinting sexual contact I will not hesitate to send Lucy up here with a camera." Lily says

"Don't say things like that!" I shout after him and all I get in return is a chuckle.

Ninety-five percent of my body heat has now made its way to my face making it so that someone could fry an egg on my forehead and I'm sure that the red shade of my face makes tomatoes jealous.

"Well, um your friend is something else." I manage to say before picking up a random book and flipping to a random page as I begin to read.

"Try living with him." Gajeel mutters

"Mhm." I try ending the conversation to read but my book is plucked from my hands leaving to stare at the boots of a very large man.

"You know I didn't realize my book could paint so vivid pictures in my mind. I mean it's even better than movies. It looks so real." I say not looking up

"Shorty rather than staring at my baby maker how about you look up and my face."

"What makes you think I'm actually that tall?" I ask looking up at him.

Rather than an answer, I get a kiss. My face heats up again but my arms wrap around his neck my eyes close and I'm lifted off the ground slightly just so my feet are placed on the stool that I was sitting on seconds ago. He pulls away too soon and I look into his crimson eyes.

"Lily's right I do like you, but I know you wouldn't want to end up with a guy like me. You deserve some big shot company guy that will buy you the finer things in life." He says trying to pull away but I pull him back by his hair.

"I don't want a big shit company guy. I would rather have a guy who goes out with me for food in one in the morning, a guy who not only isn't afraid to use my ducky towel but wears it proudly. I would rather have a guy who plays video games or watches movies with me than takes me out to some fancy party with nothing but a bunch of stuck up girls who have three layers of fake face and four layers of fake boob." I say

"But you can do so much better than me." He says looking away

"Dude. Seriously this is not any damn storyline. Do I look like some hormonal, emotional, high school girl who needs saving from the star football player? I don't think so So I shall choose who I like, why I like them, and if I want to date them and you sir is that who." I say

"Okay fine I guess I can be your boyfriend." He says

"Nuh uh you have to ask me." I say turning around crossing my arms

"What why?"

"Because I may not like fancy things or diamond rings but I do like a bit of romance in my life. I mean you've spent so much time in my room but you haven't browsed my reading selections. Sad days."

"Fine Levy McGarden aka Mini McGarden will you do me the honors and accompany in this game of life as not only my gamer buddy, friend, and best friend, but also as my girlfriend?" He asks and I turn to see him kneeling on both his knees holding both his hands out.

"Sure why not." I say place my hands in his smiling. He gets up and kisses my forehead. At that exact moment lucy bust through the doors followed by Natsu.

"Quick! Grab her!" She yells to which Natsu obeys and grabs me throwing my small body over his shoulder and then the three of us are out of the room, down the stairs, and outside in a car.

"Wait, what?!" I yell at the two

"EMERGENCY ICE CREAM RUN!" Lucy screams at me and Natsu hits the gas

"YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! I SWEAR TO GOD I AM GOING TO KILL YOU AND THEN BEAT NATSU WITH YOUR DEAD BODY BEFORE I BURY HIM ALIVE AND DANCE ON HIS GRAVE!" I scream at the two attempting to hit them but can't because of the seats.

"You know you love me besides we are going to that really amazing ice cream shop that you love so much." She says

"But that's an hour away. You want me to leave my house and boyfriend for over two hours for some damn ice cream that will be soup by the time we get back! My house is going to be flooded and on fire!" I yell

"You'll get over it, honey."

"I hate you guys." I mutter
