"So Ben, have you ever thought about marriage?"

The voice of his mother echoes through his mind. He almost hung up the phone right then and there.

"Marriage?" His voice cracked.

"Yeah marriage. You've talked about Rey this and Rey that and I thought you guys were more serious."

"I mean yeah. We are serious I guess but not ready for that yet."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes mother."

"Okay but I'm visiting in about 50 days. I'm excited to see the two of you!"

"Y-yeah I'm excited to see you too!"

"Great! I'm excited to see your fiancé!"

"Fiancé?" Ben croaked out but she hung up before she could hear.

He grumbled as he placed his phone down on the table.

"Shit." He muttered putting his head in his hands.
