Xiao Zhan almost collapsed on the bed hearing what just Wang Yibo announced to him. Because Xiao Zhan can't move properly, he just holds his chest when he starts to breathe abnormally.

Wang Yibo cut the call as he sees Xiao Zhan struggling from breathing. Wang Yibo pulled him closer to his chest and start to pat Xiao Zhan's back until he feels Xiao Zhan's tears wet his t-shirt. Xiao Zhan is crying silently and unconsciously hugged Wang Yibo's waist. Wang Yibo leans his jaw tilting it side by side softly to Xiao Zhan's head gently caressing his hair thinking it will comfort Xiao Zhan. Xiao Zhan's shoulders are shaking and Wang Yibo hugged him tight when he sobs.

Wang Yibo doesn't know how long they stayed like that until Wang Yibo feels Xiao Zhan's hands loosen on his waist and when he checks him, Xiao Zhan already falls asleep, tired from crying. He gently laid Xiao Zhan's body on the bed and wiped the tears from his cheeks. He covered him with the duvet and run his fingers on Xiao Zhan's hair. He opens the lampshades and adjusts the air conditioner.

Wang Yibo quickly storms out of the bedroom and dialed his friends. After a few talks. He dialed an important person.

"Don't let someone know."

Wang Yibo cut the call and went back to his bedroom and saw Xiao Zhan sleeping peacefully. Wang Yibo sits on the couch inside his room, planning for something until he falls asleep.

Xiao Zhan woke up early in the morning. He saw the wall clock, it's three in the morning. He looks around and remembers he is in Wang Yibo's house and when he remember what happened to his auntie, he wanted to panic but before he does, the door wide open and saw Wang Yibo get into the room.

"Y-Yibo...can I see Auntie Sue?"

"Mn."

Wang Yibo carries him to the bathroom and helps him freshen up himself and change to new clothes.

Wang Yibo carried him down to the couch in the living room.

"Where is my bag?" Xiao Zhan asked while looking around.

Wang Yibo gave him a leather LV backpack and when he checked inside, all his things are there except for the lunch box.

"Ready?" Xiao Zhan just nods and he doesn't know until when Wang Yibo will get tired from carrying him here and there. It's not the right time to protest, he needs to know why his Auntie Sue passed away. He feels Wang Yibo finds out the reason already and he is just waiting for him to open up. But it seems Wang Yibo has no plan to tell him.

"Yibo...may I know why my Auntie.."

"Triad. She was attacked by the mobster."

"W-what? Why?"

"I don't know yet..."

Wang Yibo starts the engine and starts to drive silently.

Wang Yibo drives direct to the Police Station where the report was made. Xiao Zhan finds out that his Auntie Sue was a victim of random members of gangsters that are milking innocent people. The report says his Auntie Sue defended herself when she fights back protecting the counter and one of the gang slash a knife on her neck.

Xiao Zhan almost faint hearing the brutal and cruel death of the person who took care of him. He never even-handed his first salary, he has a lot of plans to his Auntie Sue.

Wang Yibo helped Xiao Zhan to settle everything for the whole week. Xiao Zhan is mourning and can't eat well because of the shock.

Days passed and Xiao Zhan's leg is still not recovering because of a lack of exercise. Since Auntie Sue died, Xiao Zhan didn't come out of the room. Sometimes, Wang Yibo finds him just sitting in the corner of the room crying on his knees.

Wang Yibo thought of something to divert Xiao Zhan's attention. He brings home a walking aid and Xiao Zhan is not excited to walk at all. Xiao Zhan truly blame himself for not going home that night and worst, he secretly blames Wang Yibo and he is starting to doubt Wang Yibo. He has the feeling that Wang Yibo is involved in why his Auntie Sue died. Why he has the feeling that because of Wang Yibo, his Auntie Sue died. But he can't voice it out now. Someday, he will find it out. Now that he has no work, he needs Wang Yibo.
Xiao Zhan thought Wang Yibo is being good to him, taking care of him and do everything because Wang Yibo is guilty about his Auntie Sue's death.

One month later. Xiao Zhan starts to gain his energy. Wang Yibo spends time and effort taking care of Xiao Zhan day and night and he is truly happy to know that Xiao Zhan is now willing to start anew. He can walk now on his own.

"Zhan, why are you in a hurry?"

"I must chase the 9 am bus departure."

"Why?"

"I need to apply for a new job."

"Zhan...no need to apply."

"Wang Yibo, I am not paralyzed. I am not your family for you to spend your money just to feed me without stretching my bones and shedding my sweat."

"Zhan, I am hiring you..."

"Ahahaha..yeah.." Xiao Zhan blushed and remember that he called Wang Yibo like that a month ago. Xiao Zhan pulls the record and checks his salary.

"Ha? Is this my salary in Wang Corp-o-..."

Xiao Zhan covered his mouth when he realized and read the company name.

"Y-Yibo..."

"Yes. My Dad is the owner." Wang Yibo understands what Xiao Zhan is pertaining too.

"Then why you are hiring me instead of helping me back my job?"

"Rules. Company policy."

Xiao Zhan was convinced.

"Ok..but why you are not working in your own company?"

"I have my own."

"And that's why you are hiring me?"

"Exactly."

Xiao Zhan releases a deep breath. He has nowhere to go, he is jobless.

"Live here and work with me."

"What is my job exactly."

"Later, I will discuss it to you."

"Ok."

"Don't leave and let's eat?"

Xiao Zhan just eats their breakfast silently. When they finished, they stayed on the couch and watch the news on TV. The news is mostly about gangsters roaming around taking the lives of innocent people.

Xiao Zhan suddenly leave and went up to the bedroom. Wang Yibo noticed him and followed. Wang Yibo saw Xiao Zhan is leaning on the headboard crying silently on his knees.

"Zhan..." Wang Yibo hopped to the bed and sit beside him and pulled him on his chest and rub his back.

When Xiao Zhan has done crying, he composed himself and sit properly.

"Yibo, the night you said you let someone pick my luggage, are you sure you are not involved in my Auntie Sue's death?"

"Zhan? That's why you are acting like this? You always think of me that way?"

"I'm sorry..the night you asked permission to Auntie Sue when I get injured and bring me home here, all along, you planned it well. The truth is, I suspect, you let someone killed my Auntie..." Xiao Zhan revealed what he truly feels. He wants to move freely and he thought he is like a slave in this mansion. Though Wang Yibo is taking care of him for the past month.

Wang Yibo was shocked and stare Xiao Zhan intently. He can't believe what he hears from Xiao Zhan.

"Is that what you really think about me?" Wang Yibo still wanted to confirm.

"Y-yes...I'm sorry...that's what I thought when you decided to take care of me."

Wang Yibo's hands turn into a ball and gritted his teeth. You are not different from the rest of Xiao Zhan. You just look innocent but you judge me as you know me already.

Wang Yibo quickly gets off from the bed and storm out from the room. Wang Yibo goes to the guest room, the one he is using for a month now since Xiao Zhan occupied his own bedroom which Xiao Zhan is not aware too.

Xiao Zhan was puzzled and confused, he just tells Wang Yibo what he truly feels. If he is wrong, he is willing to ask forgiveness.

Xiao Zhan goes to the other room and saw it open and entered. Xiao is decided, he will work for Wang Yibo and paid back his kindness and the whole month he stayed here.

"Y-Yibo...." Xiao Zhan smiles sweetly and while hands clasp looking straight to Wang Yibo's eyes.

"Don't you know how to knock!"

Xiao Zhan almost separated his soul from his body when a loud but deep cold voice with angry tone echoed in the room. Xiao Zhan's hand trembles, the body is shaking and step backward, his eyes still with Wang Yibo. Wang Yibo is glaring at him like he is sucking his soul in his angry, serious face.

"Leave!"

With that, Xiao Zhan pulled the door to close it quickly and run.

Xiao Zhan is really confused and starts to walk downstair and find himself stepping out of the main door without bringing anything.

Xiao Zhan thought, maybe Wang Yibo is really mad and doesn't want to see him at all. He keeps walking until he reaches the busy highway. He wants to ride a bus going back to the city but he doesn't see any bus stop yet.

He has his small wallet in his pocket with enough money for three days because he was planning to apply earlier.

After 20 minutes Wang Yibo decided to follow Xiao Zhan whom he thought only on the other side of his room.

"Zhan.....?"

Wang Yibo's heart beats fast and checks the bathroom but Xiao Zhan is not there. He quickly grabs his car key and phone and checks Xiao Zhan backpack and luggage, it's there. Where is he?

Wang Yibo confirmed that Xiao Zhan left the house and quickly drive fast to find Xiao Zhan.

That idiot, I just tell him to leave my room. Not to leave my house.
