During the day, Neko was asleep and he had the same dream again. It was a pink haired guy with black skin and blue cheeks flying around handing out plushies to kids. 

The next plushie he grabbed was a plushie that looked exactly like Muffin! The strange man flew as fast as he could, and when he landed he set the Muffin plush down, and a little girl with rainbow colored hair came up to him . 

But when the went to grab the plushie, the pink haired guy... did something to the girl that caused her eyes to go from brown to red, and her skin from peach to black.

Neko then woke up from his dream.

(This next part if the story was a game, this wouldn't be seen in the game at all)

"Muffin, what did you do?" Neko asked.

Neko, got out of bed and sneaked past Lina's family, but before he got to Lina, he saw Lina's brother, Mark, holding onto a jaguar plushie. Neko then realized that the jaguar plush was Baby Jaguar. Neko knew that they were plushies, but he didn't realize that they were legitimate stuffed animals.

Neko tried to keep his mind off of it and went down to the sunroom where Lina was working on her sketches and holding onto Muffin in her plush form.

"Neko, what are you doing in here? I thought you were asleep." Lina said.

"I was but then I had a really strange dream. It had that cat plush in it along with a little girl, and a black skinned, pink haired, and blue cheeked being. And I have to ask, where exactly did you get that plush?" Neko asked.

"*sigh* I had a feeling my past memories would get connected to you eventually. Neko, my little sister didn't die and I was taking care of it since then. I never had a little sister. It was just me and my brothers. One day when I was little, I went out into the village and met a strange man with pink hair, blue cheeks, and black skin. He was giving out plushies to all the little boys and girls. When he walked up to me, he gave me Muffin. When I touched her some of my magic of light went into her. But then the strange man hit me with corrupted magic. The man was named Corruption. He's the reason for this whole curse that happens at night." Lina said, handing the Muffin plush to Neko.

"But I don't understand. Every single time I've failed, I wake up wounded and I see Muffin in a very similar form as Baby Jaguar. And she is able to send me back in time to redo the whole night. How is she able to do that, if she has your magic of light?" Neko asked.

"You're going to have to ask her that yourself, because from what I've seen she transforms before the curse actual take effect." Lina answered.

"Why did you lie to me?" Neko asked.

"I- I didn't want you to know that I was the reason why this was happening. I'm sorry." she answered.

"I don't know if sorry can reverse a lie, but I can't forgive you because you did something that kept me from finding out what I was." Neko said.

Neko then ran off back to Lina's room with Muffin in his hand. Back in the sun room with Lina, Lina was talking to someone in her head. Everything was pitch black except for her and the other person with her.

"If you had just given me a regular plush, none of this would've happened!" Lina yelled.

"Hehehehehe, you forget. I was only doing my job, but the only plush I had left was the one with my little sister trapped inside of it. I didn't want to upset you by not giving you a plush, but when I realized you were the one with the magic of light, I just had to test my powers. You were able to make my sister come to life inside that plushie, you also were able to make your imaginary friend come to life! I wanted to see what would happen if I added a little bit of my curse to your world of light." said a stranger with pink hair, blue cheeks, and black skin.

"Now I understand why mom and dad always said to avoid the people with expression showing eyes. They're filled with corruption." Lina said.

"You know that's how I got my name. I got it from my powers." the stranger said, walking up to Lina.

"I know, Corruption. Just remove this curse, and we won't have to worry anymore about losing what's left of your sister. And I won't have to go through so much pain when you transform me, because you'll be gone." Lina said, as her left brown eye turned glowing red.

"Not a chance. If you die, my sister will be locked in an eternal sleep until another person with the magic of light can awaken her again, and who knows how long that would take!" Corruption yelled.

"How long do I have to go through with this?!" Lina asked.

"Till I have every single piece of your soul under control through out night and day!" Corruption answered.

Just then, Lina's other eye was glowing red. Corruption was getting stronger and Neko won't know how to stop him.
