 *the next day at school*

Emily/Amelirella's POV:

I was hugging krel's arm as we walks down the hallway with aja and steve until i noticed a poster for the school prom on the wall, my eyes lit up brightly "NO WAY! We're having a school prom? " I exclaimed/asked "yeah, it's gonna be awesome!" Steve replies excitedly.

 " what is a 'pr-om' exactly?" krel asked confused "a prom is basically a school dance but you get dressed up for it, though someone has to either ask you to it as a date oor you just go to it alone" steve explained "lively!" Aja exclaimed, i smile a bit "i've never been to one before, everytime there was one, i'd just stay home alone, or just hang out with steve at the arcade" i say sadly. "Yeah and you'd kick my butt on the just dance game there" steve complained pouting. I just laughed "you just need practise, besides, who does the floss in the middle of it?" I asked him " someone who's cool!" steve replied back.

 I noticed krel was looking at me "hm? something wrong krel?" I asked him " no, just, will you go to prom with me? " he asked me, and i blushed dark red "y-yeah!, sure i'll go with you!" I replied happily " steve and aja can go as a couple so that's sorted! " i say smiling " so, after school we get ready for the prom? Cause my mom might let me help you with the dressing-up part aja! " i asked her excited "sure!" She replied smiling. We carried on walking and just talking about it, excited about what the night would bring.

*timeskip to later*

I was with aja at her house as i was doing her hair, smiling as i curled it. After a few minutes i was finished adding a few bits to it "there we go aja! What d'you think?" I asked , she opens her eyes and looks at her new hairstyle.

"i love it!," She says happily, and hugs me tightly, i laugh and hug back "thank you! " " it's no problem" i replied just as Varvatos entered the room " you look beautiful ,queen in waiting" he says smiling "thank you varvatos" she replies "oh! And don't forget you need to put the dress on," i smiled at her " steve's picking you up at 8:00pm tonight" i reminded her as i got my stuff in my bag and was going to leave "alright, have fun!" She says smiling as i leave the house, and go home before krel saw me. It took a few minutes but i got home and with my mom's help, and my brother who surprisingly found a dress for me, i had gotten ready in no time at all.

 *a few minutes later*

Krel's POV

i wore a grey suit (suggested by steve), whilst trying to do the blue tie,it was frustrating me a lot. I hear aja come in to the room and i turn to her "having trouble little brother?" She asked me, and i sigh frustrated " how do humans do these things? " i asked her, she laughed and tied it for me "calm down little brother, it'll be alright, you're the DJ for the prom so you can do that then put a song  on and dance with your girlfriend" she says teasingly, i blushed red "aja really?" I asked whining a bit.

She laughs "really though, everything will be alright, trust me" she says as we go to the living room "i hope so" i reply, just as a knock was heard on the door. Aja opens it and steve is there in a black suit and turquoise tie "aja you look gorgeous" steve says smiling " thank you! Shall we go?" She asks "yes but we need to get emily of course" i reminded them as i go to the door

"Yeah, let's go" steve says as he had a dark blue car in the front of our house, we get inside and drive to emily's house which was a half hour drive from mothership. I got out of the back seat and walk up to the house, and knock on the door.

Then, kaylia, Emily's mother opened the door "oh, krel you're here, Emily sweetie! Your boyfriend's here!"she yelled to her "alright mom! I'm coming!" She yelled back and goes to the door, i blushed dark red at how she looked then and there.

 "Hey krel..ready to go?" She asked, " yeah, and to think you couldn't get any more beautiful than you were before" i say.

Amelirella/Emily's POV

i blushed red and kissed him, then broke it shortly after "let's get a picture of you two!" My mom says excitedly, i laugh " alright mom" i reply as she got the camera and took a few pictures of us, we both smiled in all of them "alright let's go, see ya mom!" I say smiling , walking to the car with krel and getting inside "all of you have fun now!" Kaylia yells " we will mom! " i yell back after opening the window. Then we drive off to the prom.

*timeskip to later at the dance*

I was standing near the drinks and i'd drunk about 5 so far and i'm on my 6th. I watched krel dj the prom and i was stuck daydreaming about him. Til some guy came over to me "hey there, did it hurt when you fell from heaven? Cause you look like an angel~" he says trying to flirt with me. I Rolled my eyes and looked at him "i have a boyfriend dumbnut, so fudge off to someone else" i say, glaring at him and about to go to krel, til he grabs my wrist "what's the rush? I'm sure he wouldn't mind me dancing with you" he says smirking.

Then i hear the music change to 'stronger by kelly clarkson', i glare at the guy trying to get out of his grip but he held tighter, i wince as it started to hurt "let.Me.Go!" I yell at him and try pulling my hand away , til i saw krel go between us, the guy who was holding my wrist let go instantly.

Krel, looked, pissed off in general and wasn't happy at all "keep away from my girl unless you want to end up dead tomorrow morning" he said in a deep voice, which i actually liked, i blushed red at that as krell took me away after grabbing two drinks, one for me and one for himself.

"Thanks love, that creep tried making me dance with him...i can't dance to save a life unless it's the game just dance" i explained embaressed, he sits me down behind the dj stand and smiled, handing me a drink "it was no problem love, now just sit here while i handle the music " he said winking at me ,i blushed more and nodded, as he had a drink then carried on with his job.

Krel's POV

i got back to dj-ing the prom while thinking to myself 'how dare that gloober try to take my girl, ooh he can be slaughtered by zerron alpha in duriel for all i care'.  

      The same guy came was nearby with his friends but i couldn't hear what they were talking about ,but emily did as she went over and kicked him 'where-the-sun -doesn't-shine' or as emily called it a kick in the nuts. "never insult my boyfriend again you son of a gaylen!" She yelled, which i tried not to laugh at but laughed at anyway. 

i heard a scream as i saw someone throw a bowl of hot cheese on my girl. I recognised them, they were two of chloe's friends, oh now they'd done it! I let someone take over the dj job as i'd seen emily run off towards the showers, i grabbed her bag she'd left behind and ran after her. 

After a while i knocked on the female changing room door "Emily? Are you alright?" I asked worried, as i walked in cautiously , putting her bag down "y-yeah, i'm fine krel," i could hear her wince, luckily enough i'd brought burn cream and bandages "just washing out the cheese and chocolate from my hair, i'm almost done" she replied "i have burn cream and bandages if that helps at all, including your bag" i say , she laughed a bit "yeah it helps alot, thanks krel, i brought a spare dress with me in there in case my first one was ruined, still what gloober thought it was a smart idea to have a large bowl of hot cheese at a prom?" she explained and asked

I waited til she came out and i'd covered my eyes so i wouldn't see her change ,after a few minutes though... "Krel? Could you help me with these? " she asked, i uncovered my eyes and helped her with the bandages, adding the cream to the burns which were bright red, some purplish violet , then i wrapped the bandages around them "i'm sorry i couldn't protect you emily..." I say guilty.

" Love there wasn't anything you could do, beside people would freak out if you or me brought our serrators out" she replied, i tied off the bandages and used my serrator, turning it into a dagger like blade to cut the bandages while doing it. She hissed in pain a bit and took some painkillers with a drink she had, i kissed her gently after it then as she turned around i kissed her back where the burns were as well.

She blushed red "i love you my queen" i say to her softly, he smiled back and giggled a bit "and i love you too, my king in waiting" she replies.

After a while she had a new dress on 

We just left the prom and walked on our own together, til we were  getting food from a hotdog cart and sitting on a park bench.

Emily/amelirella's POV

I was eating my hotdog til i hear krel laugh a bit "what? What's so funny?" I asked "you have a little something around your mouth" he replies as he wipes a bit of tomato sauce from the side of my mouth with his jacket sleeve .

(i know you people would say ketchup but screw it XD)

I blush embaressed at that "cute, are you alright though after what happened?"he asked me, i stop eating and swallow what i have in my mouth "i dunno... As much as i love being with you krel, well, they hate me alot... who knows what they'll do" i reply "well i'll report it to the principal tomorrow, i'll make sure they get expelled" he says and kisses my cheek  "no matter what, i'll keep you safe, i promise you that "he says to me.

"Thank you krel" i say back, "still wish i could have danced with you" i say smiling sadly, krel then brings his boom-box out and i laugh "let's dance shall we?" He asks as he puts a slow dance song on. "you're unbelievable krel" i say, We dance of course then, at the end, we kiss again under the stars, together.
