"Write about the possibility of life in outer-space."

People better than me have done it and have done it brilliantly, be it fictional tales or fact based thesis. It brings us all back to the single question, "are we alone out there?" There are many answers to this theory though  the favourite one, for me, at least is the one that states, "there is life, intelligent life. Their intelligence is proved by the fact that they have stayed hidden all this time and continue to plan to do so."

Does not bode well for us as a life form and a supposed civilised one, but then seeing our history, replete with greed and selfishness, maybe it is right. Okay apart from this philosophical reasoning, there is an entire research done on this topic and is best summed up by Fermi's paradox, "is the apparent contradiction between the lack of evidence and high probability estimates for the existence of extraterrestrial civilizations."
