Randomness at its finest

It was morning. Jess was peacefully laying asleep in her bed. Well... peacefully was an understatement. Her hair was a mess, she was laying in an uncomfortable-looking sleeping position, and she was slightly drooling.

The sun shone through the window, making Jess turn over and buried her face in her sheets.

Her door slowly creaked open, and her twin brother came in.

"Jess," he shook her slightly trying to wake her up, she groaned in annoyance and buried her face deeper into her covers.

"C'mon sis, wake up" he shook her a tad harder. She growled and he held his hands in a surrendering position and slowly backs out of the room.

Eventually, she decided to get out of bed and head towards the kitchen.

She trotted down the stairs, her eyes partially open, into the kitchen and opened a cabinet, grabbing a box of cereal. She grabbed a nearby bowl and spoon off the counter placed them on the table. She opened the fridge and got some milk and placed it next to the cereal.

She pored the cereal in the bowl, then the milk, and slowly begins eating it, staring off into space

On the other side of the table, Petra stood. Jess, being half-asleep, hadn't noticed her. A grin slowly spread across Petra's face. She took a deep breath

"Suprise!" She screamed at the top of her lungs.

After she yelled this, the rest of her friends popped out of various places and yelled "Happy Birthday!"

Jess jumped and nearly knocked over her bowl. By then, she was fully awake. "Don't you think it's a little early to throw a suprise party?" She asked. Olivia just pointed at the clock, which read "2:03."

"Well thank you guys, honestly I had managed to forget all about it" Jess said "Oh! And happy birthday too, big bro"

"It's no big deal" Jesse responded

"Well then, shall we eat cake?" Axel asked

"Axel," Olivia jabbed him in the arm "Not until Jess opens her presents"

he table and floor were covered in multiple colors of wrapping paper. Each of her friends had gotten her something for her birthday. Olivia got her a book on redstone, Axel had gotten her a block of TNT (Yup), Petra had gotten her a brand new diamond pickaxe, Jesse got her a heart-shapes locket with the two's pictures in, and Radar had gotten her a picture frame with all seven of them in it.

"You guys are so sweet, come here" Jess held her arms out, gesturing a hug. The other six joined in a group hug, nearly suffocating eachother. After about a minute, they broke the hug. "Now then, let us eat cake!" Jess shouted

Most of them cheered. Their cheers were stopped abruptly by someone shouting "Wait!" Everyone turned their heads towards Lukas. "I never gave Jess my present"

The group split in half, three on one side, two on the other, to form a slight pathway towards the chair Jesse was sitting on.

Get ready fams

"Jess...I um...how do I put this..." Lukas stumbled upon his own words. "First, may I ask you a question?"

"You just did," she smiled

"Then, can I ask 3 questions?"

"Go on ahead, you've already asked 2"

He took a deep breath and held Jess' hands "Jess, ever since got together, a couple years ago, were the best years if my life, and I... well... wish to... spend the rest of my life with you.

"I guess what I'm trying to say is..." he got on one knee and pulled a small black box out of his pocket, he flicked it open, revealing a ruby ring. "Will you marry me?"

"Lukas... I can't..."

"What?"

"I can't... turn down this offer! Of course I will!" Jess shouted, taking the ring out of the box, and placing it on her finger.

She jumped up and hugged him, to the point of near suffocation. He picked her up bridal style

"Now then...Let us eat cake!" She threw one of her hands in the air, leaving the other rapped around his neck

Everyone cheered

It's 1 A.M. while I'm writing this. Do. Not. Ask.
