Prologue

This world we stand on, was built and developed by two brothers, two gods, by the names of Notch and Herobrine.

Notch - Builder of the Worlds.

Herobrine - Creator of the Nether and The End.

After creating the largely infamous hostile mobs and monsters, Herobrine was banished to the UnderWorld. There he created the fiery depths of the worlds, the nether.

Eventually, Notch found that Herobrine was creating more trouble for the worlds. He then banished him once again to the OverWorld. Herobrine then created the End.

Notch couldn't take Herobrine’s
Ya trouble anymore. He created a block capable of almost anything. This block was known as the command block. Notch then used this block to blink Herobrine out of existence.

After blinking Herobrine out of existence,  Notch had to get rid of the command block. He couldn't destroy it because he was afraid of the consequences. He decided to put it in a place he hoped no player would ever even try to look. The Farlands.

Many years later a small group called The Order of the Stone went on a journey to the so-called Farlands. The Farlands were a myth to most. Their goal was to prove them wrong.

Notch tried to make sure that the command block couldn't be found. He created a maze. A maze so large, so long, so anger-inducing, that no player would want to finish. At the end of the maze, was a void. Far passed that void, farther than the human eye could see, was a small bedrock structure.  Unfortunately, Notch had managed to forget to finish it, and a small hole had been there.
Many hours after starting the maze, the Order came across the void. Knowing there was something across the void, Ellegaard built a redstone barge to get across.

Notch feared that players would get the command block. Before blinking Herobrine out of existence, Notch had made it so the command block was nearly impossible to use and nearly as impossible the break.

The Order found the bedrock structure and the hole in the structure. The command block was placed in plain sight. They took it back to their temple to figure out how it works.

Almost a year after figuring out how the command block works, they grew very dependant on it. Using it on almost every monster they came across. They even managed to get rid of the Enderdragon with it.

Herobrine was getting pretty annoyed by the constant addition of mobs and monsters. Thinking Notch had something to do with this he had hoped to get revenge

After getting rid of the Enderdragon, the Order almost immediately disbanded and the command block was locked away in Soren’s Fortress before he disappeared. It then was stolen and used to create a monster known as the Witherstorm.

By this point, the command block was overloaded with information and became corrupted. It was almost as if it had a mind of its own. It refused any and all commands it was given.

Nearly a month after the command block was destroyed, a small white vortex was forming.

Chapter 1 - Trial 1

“Where do you think it goes?” Olivia asked

“Wherever it goes, it’s going to be an adventure” Jesse responded. In front of them was a white portal with no frame that sat atop a field of bedrock. One by one they walked into the portal.

Inside the portal was a blinding white room with nothing for miles and miles. Jesse was first to arrive. She appeared 2 blocks above the ground and fell. Petra was next, landing on her feet. Then Lukas, who also fell along with Olivia. Lukas looked up. “Guys, where’s Axel?”

The others looked up and backed up. “I don't know. He was right behind me” A few seconds later he fell as well, startling Jesse and Petra.

“What is this place?” Axel asked and he stood up.

“What an excellent question” An unfamiliar voice responded. They all looked around but saw no one else

“Who said that and where are you,” Jesse asked

“That’s… Not important.” The voice spoke “Welcome to a world between the OverWorld and the UnderWorld. A place I like to call... Purgatory”

“Soo... does mean we’re dead?”  asked

“Not it the slightest
