"You ready ? " Lucas asks me .

"Nope " I answer .

"You look good as fuck " he compliments. I smile

"Okay now I'm ready " he chuckles and we get out the car . Walking to the pool area it was so many people there . Some girls were even topless .

"It's a real nigga heaven " Lucas says "sis I love you but I gotta go " he runs off to a group of people.

Kimberly spots me and runs over .

"Bestie you are a bad bitch " she spins me around . " Sit right there and take a picture" She snaps some pictures then walks me over to a group of people .

I only recognized summer and Anthony but I was introduced to the rest .

I was having a good time talking to summer , she wasn't as bad as I thought . She was very intelligent and had a lot to talk about .

Anthony taps me and points , I follow his finger and lay my eyes on an angel sent right from heaven . He looks so beautiful from head to toe .

" wassup family " he hugs everyone in the circle except for me . At this point I didn't even care I just enjoyed the sight .

"How this a mouthfuckin pool party , and none of y'all niggas in the pool , get y'all ass up ! " Lucas yells through the djs microphone cause everyone to laugh . Everyone starts to get up and get in the pool .

"Seven you coming ? " kim asks me

"Nah go have fun " I tell her

"What about you Chris ? "

"in a minute let me put on some sunscreen " he responds

"Lightskin niggas" Anthony mumbles.

I watch everyone get in the pool then turn my attention over to Chris who was really putting on sunscreen . I giggle looking at him .

"What's funny ?" He asks looking at me harsh .

" the sun is setting " I respond .

"Awe shit " he looks up and starts laughing I join in and this time it didn't come to an end .

"I miss you chris " I tell him honestly hoping he would listen to me .

"I'm sure you do " he says looking everywhere but at me .

"I'm serious, I can't sleep at night knowing you feel a way about me , I love yo- "

"Can you just fucking stop " he yells causing me to jump . " didn't they give you the money for the bet already ? Why are you still associating with me "

"Chris I didn't even get money , yes it started off as I dare and I understand why your upset but I really do love you " I tell him fighting away the tears .

He starts chuckling and gets up " how much money you getting for saying that ? "

" look me in my eyes and say you don't love me and I will stop talking to you " I tell him . He huffs and looks me in my eyes.

"I don't love you hell I don't even like you , you moving to Georgia was the best thing that ever happened to me " he says looking directly in my eyes 

"Welp I'm sorry for wasting your time " I say not caring about the tears streaming down my face.

"Me too " . He walks off and I do the same but in a different direction . I sat in Lucas car and scroll through Instagram looking at nothing . Tears were all over my phone so I could barely see .

I put on some music and let it drown me while I sunk. I heard a knock on the window opening my eyes a frown appears across my face .

"What? " I roll the window down

"Why you not in the party love?"he asks .i wanted to stab a knife through his heart and watch him die slow .

"Why do you care ? "

"Come ride wit me " He says . I look at him and see the look he gave me years ago . Only he looks much more grown up . I wanted Chris to ask me to come ride with him but Instead I get "I don't love you " his words replayed in my head .

"Fine " I got out the car going to his car . I got in and we pull off . I text Kimberly letting her know I was safe . If I told her who I was with she would strangle me .

"I was thinking we can go to your favorite ice cream place " he smirks at me. I gave him a fake smile and he laughs  at me .

"I'm guessing you and tori broke up " I say

"We were never together "

"Bullshit " I spat him.

"Look I never ask her to marry me and she never said I do so we weren't together " he says in a soft voice . It would put any other girl under a spell but not me . It worked on me to many times before .

"I never said I do !so we weren't ever together ? " I yell at him .

"You said I do to a lot of things matter of fact. " he says

"Why did I even agree to come with you , let me out "

" look Adoria I didn't come get you to fight with you " he grabs my hand and I yank it away

"What did you come get me for then tremaine? "  I ask knowing he hates being called by his first name .

"I wanted to see you , hear your voice , smell your sent . Seeing you dressed like this is just a bonus " he says smiling . I look down and see that I was still in my bathing suit . I felt uncomfortable so I tried to cover up with my arms .

"There's a PINK jacket in the back of you want it " he offers

"The fuck I look like , I don't know what skank that belongs to "I hiss at him

"How about mines then ? " he ask . "At least you know which skank it belongs to " he shrugs . I laugh and nod my head . He takes off his grey Nike jacket and gives it to me leaving him in a tank top .

We pull up to the ice cream place and sit down . He orders and we start eating .

"I'm surprise you like the same thing" he attempts to make conversation.

"I'm not " I say

"Look Adoria no matter what we go through- " I tune him out and start thinking of Chris . I wonder if he really meant what he said or was he just saying that cause he was mad at the moment. "Do you hear me Adoria ? " trey asks annoyed

"Yeah I hear you "I  nod and he continues. Looking in the parking lot I see a familiar car and there he was with ... tori . He turns his car off and starts walking in . I feel the disgust expression on my face .

"What you looking at ?" Trey ask turning in the direction of my eyes. A smirk instantly spread across his face but a frown appeared when he turns back to me .

"We can go if you want " he offers

"Nah we good " I say and trey finishes talking . I know Chris saw us , we were the only other people in the damn shop. He has the audacity to make me feel like shit then go fuck wit the bitch that jumped me , aint that some shit .

They sat down two booths in front of us and he was facing me . Treys back was towards them so he jus kept rambling about stuff I didn't care about . Chris and tori got a large milkshake with two straws in it . Cute .

I look back at my snow cone ignoring them . I want that to be me and chris but instead it's me and trey and instead of me it's tori . Maybe that's how it gotta be .

I look up and so did Chris , we both stare at each other intently and didn't break our gaze . Something in his eyes told me that none of the love he had for me is gone , and I felt the same .I   broke the gaze and he did the same.

Trey finished talking and we were cleaning up our stuff to go . No matter how much I love Chris him coming here with tori was a level of disrespect I can't respect.

"Adoria can I talk to you ? " he asks.

"Oh now you want to talk " I walk off with trey to his car .

"Yeah I do "

"Well I don't , you can't throw bitch fits and expect me to answer to you when ever you want " I yell at him .

"Adoria come on stop wasting your time with this bum ass nigga " trey says

"Go Wait in the car " I tell him

"Yeah bitch go wait in car " Chris says to him

Trey shook his head and chuckles going to the car . "He such a bitch " tori chimes in . Chris Gives  her a look
And she goes back inside the ice cream place .

"Look I didn't mean nothing I said at the pool " he starts

"Then why did you say it? " I mumble .

"Because I wanted you to feel the same hurt I felt , but in reality I can't stop thinking about you , what could've been ! But you just fucked allat up " he got mad

"What about you , you came here wit that bitch you took it to far  " I say

"Oh but going out with the same nigga that ruined our relationship is just the right amount of fucked up ? " he asks

"Fuck you Chris " I walk off getting in treys car slamming the door . "Take me to Kim's house ." I tell him .

The drive was quiet . Trey kept looking over at me and sometimes i would look back . I remember we use to drive in silence all the time together when we would argue . Which was quite often . I would lay my head on his shoulder and he would grip my thigh. I knew he had calmed down when the grip got loose .

I put my head on his shoulder . He seems surprised but he put his hand on my thigh anyways and continues driving .

We made it to the house and trey pulls into the drive way . "Thank you for the ride " I say drained just wanting to go to sleep and forget this day even happened .

"No problem babygirl " he smiles . I open the door but he pulls me back and smashes his lips into mine . The familiar taste of weed and alcohol fills my mouth and I completely regret getting in his car . He pulls away looking goofy . "Goodnight " he smiles .

I get out the car damn near running into the house . Wait until Kimberly hears this.

I wake up to my phone buzzing . It was trey . I ignore the call and decide to get some water since I was up .

I check my Instagram and decide to post my picture from earlier today .

He stops in front of a McDonald's and parks the car .

"10th " I say making no eye contact with him I know as soon as I do I'm done .

"Bitch "he mumbles like a gay dude and I bust out laughing .

"Chris I hate you " I don't know why but we play like that .

"You so mean now days " he says

"No you are , when I left you were Larry , I come back you leroy " I say and he laughs .

"That's what my pops told everyone cause he was embarrassed " he tells me
