Dear Belfry's Gardens Residents:

I hope you're having a great time this dark season. As you know, our beloved community of undead remnants has been experiencing a decrease in occupancy for the past few years. Climate change, speeding-up human mortality rates and this generation who hesitates to breed, has forced some of our finest tenants to extend their leathery wings and sink their fangs in far away lands.

Vacant or empty properties, are propitious to get occupied by "less tangible" monsters such as ghosts, lists souls, poltergeists or infested by hideous pests like dwarves, elves, trolls, and goblins. To get rid of them costs our community a fortune each time Ghost Busters come.  All this been said, I respectfully propose to open our gates to other "species of undead", more similar to us. Werewolves, demons, angels, warlocks and witches could be a great asset to The Belfry. With their many haunting skills and non-sucking blood activities they'll bring diversity to the neighborhood, what definitely would increase property value, not without mentioning what good sex it means.

I hope you consider this as a permanent solution to the matter, as we all want the best for this unholy community.
