1940's Bucky or Winter Soldier:

I prefer the Winter Soldier over 1940's Bucky because the Winter Soldier is such a dynamic character. He goes from this person who is brain washed and forced to kill people to someone who is good but misunderstood to someone who is accepted. He is not my favorite character but he is up there in the top ten.
