DAY 3: A memory

I remember this day when my mum had some of her girl friends over, and I was like 6 at the time, so you're still kind of the center of attention, along with my sister who was 4. So her friends came and I remember I was so excited for what they had brought us, because they would always bring us some kind of gift. 

There were two gifts, and my sister and I had to pick who would get which. The two presents were wrapped, one was slightly bigger than the other. Of course, we both wanted the bigger one. Rock paper scissors was the obvious answer to this. I won. Hehehehe. So I got the bigger present, but at the end of the day, we shared both gifts. 

The gifts were, um... Hello Kitty accessories. There were Hello Kitty earrings, Hello Kitty necklaces, mirrors, bracelets, plastic lipstick, I was in love with those things back then and so was my sister. This is just a pleasant memory that comes to my mind once in a while. Makes me smile :)

I know Hello Kitty is pathetic, but I'm sorry, SHE WAS MY CHILDHOOD, OKAY?
