Where to begin. There's a lot of cool female anime characters. Each range in their own descriptions. Cool, sweet, funny, cute, smart, or just plain awesome. A character in this category is still fairly easy to pick for me though. This girl has been my favorite for a long time. My favorite would have to be Levy McGarden from Fairy Tail.
