I dunno I wanted to leave this as a sketch but anyways
There's a saying that to capture a toucan chick you have to kill its parents first since they are very protective of their babies
So I had a thought

Praedator: *he was on his way to get his revenge on Vendicia full of anger because of her he was found guilty for a large count of murders of lowbloods but most importantly a lot of highbloods as well so he knew for a fact he wasn't going to get taken away from his matesprit and family in a matter of days* ... *he got to the hive knocking on the door loudly*
Vendicia: *she opened the door tensing up when she saw praedator holding on to the door* hello Praedator *she said nervously but trying not to show she was scared*
Praedator: you already know why I'm here so let's settle this I have an offer for you either you give up one of your kids or I'll end you at this very moment with no hesitation make it even better give me one of your matesprit's kids I know for a fact someone pay a lot of money for a purple blood
Vendicia: *she grew more nervous because her matesprit wasn't home blocking any entrance into the hive* well my matesprit will be home soon so you two can settle this because I'm not interested in any of your offers *she said hoping she could stall enough for poisoner to get home*
Praedator: *he growled grabbing the door forcing it opening pushing her inside before he got into the hive closing the door behind him* make your choice birdy *he said his hand holding on to the axe that was held on his belt*
Pomari: *she noticed what was going on before she made eye contact with her mom who gave her a look to hide herself and the other kids she nodded and ran off silently*
