Lucy - she would buy him an outfit that she likes (greaser) but instead of a black leather jacket she'd get him one in her favorite shade of pink and then she'd probably want to go out dancing then a trip to the passion pit

Luke - he would write him something nice since he expresses himself the best through writing he would want to go out to the beach with him and just walk on the sand hed probably get emotional at the end of the day just because he has someone to spend the day with

Noachi - he would be sure to be extra cuddly with Chrome and make sure to spend the whole day with him which means not going out for perimeter checking and not going out to his moirail he'd buy Chrome some rust glasses which he'd understand if he's not down to wear

Lacrim - since she isn't with anyone she would probably stay by herself buy some chocolates watch a couple of horror movies and contact some spirits to see what they've been up to after that she might look for someone she can hook up with and get her kink on

Modici - she'd hunt some small animals for her matesprit and make him an outfit just like her mom made for her matesprit she'd do her best and be extremely proud of how it turned out

Badizo - she'd just wanna have a more relaxing day she cuddle up to her matesprit she did her best to buy her something with the help of her friends which would probably be a bronze colored socks

Sarupi - she would sleep the majority of the day to be able to see him she'd get him some cute bandages and an ice pack with his initials in case he gets hurt and she's not there to tend to his injuries

Feriva - she would go out hunting on her own that day and bring down a big animal to share with any of her friends that don't have anyone to spend that day with then go off to go take a long nap to just relax and enjoy the rest of her evening

Maturi - she doesn't have time to play games or mess around when she's got a lot of planning and designing to do when it comes to her plane she probably buys herself some sweets and then spends the rest of the day working on her big project

Eletri - she'd make a playlist for her and her matesprit making sure to mix the music to add a bit of her style into it she'd wanna go on a long car ride with her just to listen to every single song

Verrti - he'd cringe at all the couples but lowkey be sad he's got no one to spend that day with he tries and gets his friend's attention with no success since they're all busy with their matesprits so he just stays home alone on that day

Crinis - he takes his matesprit out on an adventure hitting up anywhere and everywhere from a nice place to eat to a walk at the park he'd have a blast and he'd make sure to write a letter which he reads to her at the end of the day

Fugaxx - she doesn't have anyone to spend it with even her brothere are busy with their matesprits so she goes out hunting by herself and maybe go and hang out at the beach with Namara where she tries to catch fish (I can see these two being moirails :3)

Rennai - he takes Trovea out anywhere she wants being sure to go by places that are significant to them like where they first met, where they first kissed, ect. he would make sure to spoil her and buy her anything she wanted

Lujiph - she'd paint a portrait of her matesprit she'd save up money and sell some of her more valuable paintings to buy her matesprit a ring and take her out to a nice picnic under the willow tree

Satien - he doesn't have a matesprit but he if he did he would design and make a whole outfit for his significant other and make sure to treat them but he'd expect something hella extravagant

Laurus - he'd have a busy day at his restaurants since couples are coming in and out although he does yearn to be with someone one day he can't be bothered with how busy he always is so he shrugs it off and gets back to work

Florus - she would write a letter for him and then she'd spend months on working on it but she'd cross breed flowers to make one just for him and present it to him in a small pot

Melicu - she'd just want to sit and read with him she would've gotten him more books but she wouldve hidden a scrapbook that she'd been working on full of pictures and memories of them as well as cute captions under each picture and then let him do whatever he wanted with her later

Bravio - while he is with Erza he takes her out and treats her like she's the only girl in his world he buys her candy, cards, and flowers while on the other side he buys a golden necklace (like the one cupida has) for modici who throws it at his face

Bandit - he doesn't have a matesprit but he'd really enjoy his day stealing everyone's Valentine's Day candy candy and gifts and then going to modici to annoy her

Praeli - she spends the day with her moirail but when she goes to sleep she just spends the day by herself training herself more and then just watching some movies on her own

Nixtro - he'd be very busy with work that day serving other couples and getting flirted with which he quickly brushes off nervously he wants to be with someone but he's too shy to try and find someone for himself

Infidu - she would spend her day with him dressing nicer than usual she'd treat him to somewhere where they'd eat and buy him a new outfit that has her blood color on it

Obcino - he hangs out with his moirail for as long as he can before she goes off with her matesprit then after that he'd make a Valentine's Day Livestream and showcase some romantic tunes

Stello - he'd just spend the day with him just go out to the beach with him at night he'd gift him a gold chain with a violet seashell but overall just do whatever he wants

Malefi - since she has no one to spend it with she just has her servants give her gifts if she doesn't receive enough someone will be executed and eliminated
