     Things would never go back to the way things were after Megara nearly confessed her lingering feelings for the curly-haired dork that terrorized her brain and plagued her thoughts day and night, but she surely could try and pretend they never happened.  Which is exactly why she decided to take her friends' advice — nearly everyone she knew was heading to summer camp, and the Montez girl wasn't far behind.

     Plans for a boy-free summer are quickly derailed when the guy she was least expecting on showing up actually does.  Only problem?  No problem.  Matter of fact, he's also dead set on putting their intricate history behind them.  If competing in non-existent sports were an actual thing, Megara and Ricky would be winning awards in each category.

     Forget the letters, throw the fake dating out of the window, and cross out the attempt at being friends... someone needs to warn Camp Shallow Lake that East High's it couple is back to square one.  And even while wishing the other would leave for good, they can't stop gravitating back to the other.  So maybe things actually are the same as it was before.
