Well... I have a tendency to repeat "well" quite a bit. It's easy to misuse even in my writing, unlike "like", which fortunately confines its profligate spouting to my speech. Ai, the rising generation to which that sad letter combination is so indispensable!

I don't think I say like as much as I used to, or maybe I just have so many verbal tics now that that one flies under the radar?
