30 - #WattpadWednesday Favorite thing about Wattpad

LOL, well, I hate to be too repetitious, so I suppose I'll name my second favorite thing on Wattpad (Cause if you didn't know it was you guys by now, 'ya cray!) 😂

Without further ado, I love that Wattpad is such a place different than what I've ever experienced before.

Community:
I first started out writing and didn't discover the club forums until later. But once I did, it was game over. I. Was. Sold. Fish. Line. Hook. (Or however the cheese noodles it goes. 😂) This site wasn't just like fanfiction.net (where my roots were), it was that but so much more!!!

I started sneaking into the adult threads *cough LOL-35 cough* *blush* I was certainly not 35 (still am not), yet I wanted so badly to be included in the group chat! 😅 So, instead of being totally bratty and inserting myself there, I just pursued a relationship with some of the lovely women there by reading their books. Eventually exhausted with the 'Anyone over *insert age above mine*, I created my own club thread called "Nobody Under 100" and invited the women who I'd become friends with on there! 😆 Some of them are part of this very challenge! *Nudges Sal Mason, Ana Simons, and Kristin Jacques (KrazyDiamond)* Now it's on edition 2!

Books:
I'll admit, it's rare that I venture into works that are not complete if they're not published by current friends of mine. BUT, let me explain ... and confess.
Confession: I'm one of those hated - probably loathed (hence closeted) person that jumps to the end before reading the beginning. *GAASSSPPPP!!!!!!!!* 😱
Explanation: I don't do protagonist main character deaths – especially when I grow attached to them. LOLOL I just can't.  That's why I haven't watched anything above season 7 of Criminal Minds and missed most of S13-14 of SVU (Okay ... Elliot Stabler did not die, but he hasn't returned, which is, in my mind, a death. LOL) 😅

But I've gotten better at that, I suppose. 😆 I mean, I'm still reading Kraftygal's romances and Sal Mason's Mystery/Thillers. Lol. Baby steps. 😉 But that's what I love about Wattpad! You can keep your readers in suspense if they're willing to bet their emotions. XD

Growth:
I have grown as a writer (now, I know I've said that before! 😆) But seriously, reading what you guys write helps me improve when I receive constructive feedback! I look back on what I write and am impressed with how far I've come within almost two years! Wholly guacamole! (LOL - no pun intended *wink wink Prose-Punk*) I can only imagine how much I'll learn in the upcoming year and it gets me so excited *whispers from peanut gallery, "What a NERD!"* 😂 Fine. I'll admit it. 🤓 Nerd confirmed.
