Letter 21
I left your letters in its stack, ribbon and all. Heck, I haven't even taken it out of the paper bag. Every time I look at it, I feel the guilt weigh me down.
You probably wrote about how disappointed and angry you are at me. I don't blame you if you do. If anything, I deserve it. You didn't scream at me like I thought you would when you found out. You just talked. You talked to me, and then you left.
So I deserve it. I deserve the backlash of what I did.
But, honestly, no matter how unlikely, I think I'm more afraid of reading those three words from you again.
