The Weasley family jumped up from the dining room table and rushed into the living room where a large cloud of dust had billowed out from the fireplace. As Mrs Weasley opened the window, Charlie, Bill and Mr Weasley edged towards the fireplace, wands raised.

"Maybe it's a stray owl?" Ron suggested.

"Or it's a flying troll which was sent to wreck havoc across the magical world, starting with our household!" George said dramatically.

"Who you calling a flying troll!!" A familiar voice called out.

"Evie?!" Ginny and Ron exclaimed.

"Way to make an entrance!" The twins laughed, clapping as their friend emerged from the embers.

"Yeah, sorry about that, I planned to apparate at the front gate, but someone said something about santa and chimneys and I ended up here. Sorry." She giggled nervously.

"Well, at least your safe, here we've got plenty of food left sit down, eat." Mrs Weasley smiled.

Thank goodness the Weasleys were understanding!
